This is a good, friendly,comfortable, modern hotel, where English is understood by the reception staff. It has a modern reception, lifts, secure parking and is close to the city center. The rooms are a good size, and the en suite had a bath and shower, with separate wc. The rooms were quiet and the bed comfortable, I could not fault anything but the Wi-Fi.

Try as I may I could not get the Wi-Fi to work. It was a cumbersome procedure which involved filling in an online form that (a) did not have enough boxes on my ipad, as was suggested by the English instruction form. (b) kept saying I had used unacceptable letters or symbols. So I accepted defeat,

A 100euro-room that doesn't include breakfast, considering everything else, is a bit stingy to say the least. I've stayed at comparable hotels around the world, including France, with inclusive breakfast buffets

We went there with another couple for a leisure weekend. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It is a quiet hotel as well. Greal location: walking distance to the Halles market, the Chateau, and the tourist part of town. Definitely value for money. As far as I'm concerned, I recommend it.

Everything. This is our best hotel on a long trip. Parking is super and completely enclosed, and free. Hotel is all non-smoking. Super rooms, nice staff - would stay there anytime. About 5 min walk to the pedestrian mall and endless restaurants, shops and cafes. Great location at the private edge of the active shopping/restaurant area. Easy walk to castle/palace of Henry the fourth, King of France & Nevarre. big elevator to rooms and no stairs in sight. Best thing about this hotel . . . It is very well run.

This was a perfect hotel for us. There was nothing we did not like.

This hotel gave excellent service and went to great lengths to insure our comfort. Room and furnishings ample, good-size bathroom for family use. Staff were friendly, informative, spoke in several languages. This hotel is situated just a short walk to Castle, shopping district and other sights. Breakfast at the hotel both hot and cold was constantly replenished. Safe for families and restaurants and laundry just on the corner. We will stay here again. Hotel is newly refurbished. Good amount of space in the room and bathroom. Parking in secure courtyard. Nice breakfast buffet (not included). Very friendly staff; staff opened breakfast earlier for guests heading to a 7am special event.

Central location, free parking and free cot for the baby.

The bed had obviously seen many people passing, the room air conditioning could provide enough cold air to cool the room down. The elevator was so small that our pram could barely fit inside.
