The rooms are clean and concerns were dealt with efficiently. Staff is friendly and breakfast was adequate.Good cafes and restaurants close bye. The location is fantastic - few mins walk from nearest metro station.
Great location, specially the area near Abbesses. Many choices of bistros and coffee places. Two metro stations are very close and it is very easy to go everywhere you want in the city. The hotel is value for money if you consider that this is a very expensive city and if you want a luxurious hotel you have to pay too much.
Be careful of pickpockets specially at night near Blanche station.
Cost/benefit is great. Staff is really friendly and always willing to help.
We had an incident in our room and it took a little bit too long to be cleaned.
Location. Staff. Price. Cleanl. Quiet
location, hotel staff
It is a value of money hotel. Very close to two defferent metro stations. Not very good region but full of shops and restaurants. Convenient WIFI free connection. Clean enough. Plesant stuff.
Very small room. Not much spave to leave our luggage. Old furnitured. Some receptionist spoke only french.
Location was great, staff was friendly, very clean room.
Excellent location, great bed, clean room, one of the best showers ever encountered
Parking close to hotel nearly impossible, tv only few French channels, no WiFi included.
easy access to subways. Lots of places to drink or eat closeby. good price (paid 144 for three days, W to F, in Late December.
Room is small. Shower head no place to hang, no curtain or door so you get a wet floor whenever you take a shower. one result is dumpy smell in the room. The sheet looks clean. But fund a bug in the morning. Not sure it is regular or a rare case.
Near tourist attraction
No English Channels like BBC, CNN though it shows
the location is very close to metro and central district
Even i asked for non smoking room, the room was stinky. The walls are extremly thin, i can hear any voice coming from next room. The internet is free, but its not a good service. You have watch commertials and it drops all the time. The hair dryer is one of a kind. The reception is like random people just stting there guving away room keys while watching tv all day long. This can not be a three star hotel, it waa more like a luxury hostel with private bathroom.
before arrival reception does not answer mails. The phone call does not help with answering simple question and services. Please make sure that you get answers by mail. after check in they are not helpfull
Friendliless of staff; lady let me use free wifi in breakfast room during day before room ready; I received a quiet room on courtyard side as requested.
Bathroom mirror dirty; hot radiators impossible to turn down; "desk" in room about 30 cm deep, so you couldn't put computer on it; baggage stored out in open in breakfast room.
Easy access to the Metro Station
- very small room, i am not claustrophobic, but that was even for me too much - very incomfortable bed, i had pains in my lower back almost everyday - very loud, we could hear all what the neighbours were doing - the neighbourhood is very dangerous, we have seen 2 Fights in front of the Metro Station (in 2 days!!!) - the three stars ist not the reality, i would not give more than one - breakfast ist too expensive for its quality - overall, the hotel has nothing from the "Paris feeling" and too much from the "Africa feeling"
I was dissatisfied. Room was dampted with bad smell. I was not able to sleep at night, something was making lots of noise and I was woken up every half hour. Wifi did not work for me and another guest I was speaking too. I was not able to take shower, it was barely wArm, I had to hold shower head. No curtains in shower. Stains on the bed. I do not recommend this hotel.
Carpet dirty, room in lover ground floor, very dark.
helpful staff, location
Staff is good.
Good location. Quiet side road.
Room was supposed to have minibar. No such thing. No fridge. No in-room safe. Very clumsy (video ad supported) unstable wifi. Small room. Too hard mattress. No sound proofing in building. Daily cleaning was OK, but the place was in need of a scrub down/refurbishment: Broken tiles on bathroom floor. Dust in ceiling. Dried blood on bathroom wall. Very over priced and over rated.
Location, Price, Friendly Staff, Excellent Shower!
Insulation between floors could be improved as could hear quite a bit of noise when guests were moving around upstairs.
Good bed. Friendly staff. Not expensive. Very well situated.
Very small bedroom. Out dated bathroom.
-Cosy nice looking room -Separate bathroom -Clean, except for the towels (smelled bad) -Location: great for a city trip -Price you pay for the quality and location is good
-Towels smell really bad, bring your own -No Wifi (only if you pay extra)
The room was too small. The lady at reception was very slow with very poor English. It was so hot that we had to sleep with the window open, which was hard because of the noise from the bar downstairs.
Location (heart of Montmartre; close to the metro and the Moulin Rouge); price (paid 49eur during a summer weekend, wow!); 24/7 reception with helpful, multilingual staff; clean and relatively spacious room (though apparently it was one of the biggest they have); nicely decorated; big bathroom with bathtub.
No shower - there was a shower handle in the bathtub, but nowhere to put it and no curtain or door, hence the floor immediately gets covered in water, however careful you are not to spill it. The "hair dryer" was a joke, a 60's relict that can dry hair from 3cm away maximum (luckily we took our own). The mirror in the bathroom was at belly level, so you'd have to bend down to see yourself (and I'm average height). The Wi-Fi wasn't working (tried the password we found at the reception numerous times but could not log in - and it was some public network, not the hotel's own). No parking facilities and very hard to find a parking space (not very safe for a car on foreign plates either), though that's not the hotel's fault, rather comes with the location (there's a paid parking but quite far away). Very noisy in the morning, staff making noise on the corridor and noises from the outside (though we also heard some live music, which was nice).
location personnell was generally very friendly "pleasant" building structure in the old part. Nicely renovated.
price not justified small room
