При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 10,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных кроватей в номере - 1.
Максимальная вместимость детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные

Supberb location. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff; the best I have ever met. Would definetly return any time I visit Cannes. Excellent value for money. All amneties available, fridge, washing macine, iron, etc. Very good location, easy and free parking below building. Very clean and high standard. Will recommend 100%! |

We had a 2 room apartment and stayed with 2 kids (age 6 and 10). 2 bathrooms, balcony around, television in each room, equipped kitchen, living room, ... the benefit of the space of an apartment and the cleaning/towels etc advantages of a hotel. A supermarket is right around the corner. Comfort level is comparable with a 4 star Novotel. When coming from Nice airport and taking the bus navette (25,5 EUR per person retour, every 30 minutes) takes about 40 minutes to get to Cannes, but it drops you off in front of the city hall which is a relatively long walk with suitcases – advisable to take a taxi unless you don't mind walking. WIFI coverage could be improved. |

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very nice, and they have a special care for details. The terrace is wonderful, and they even have candles for a romantic dinner. The personal is wonderful, I forgot some things in the apartment and they called me and mailed me the things. Everything was excellent ! |

Brilliant! Great apartment with everything you could possibly need on holiday. 5-10 min walk to the main beach, great supermarket around the corner, quiet and free parking. Couldn't have had a better week away. |

Everything was very nice,above our expectation! I want to mention that Mrs.Romina Verecchia was very kind and helpfull.We had a very good time,the appartament is very confortable and very close to the center and the beach. |

Perfect location , near to Centre and railway station. Good cleaning service. Nice rooms very well equiped ( TV, washing machine, dishwasher, aircondition etc) I can honestly recomand this apartments to any one, families, youths. |

fully-equipped kitchen, big terrace in a studio there were ants at the terrace, micro-wave was out of order and despite of our kind request to fix it, nothing was done. Appartment is about 15 min away from the beach, that is a bit too distant when travelling with a baby,especially when the temperature is above 30C. |

It was a very comfortable studio with everything you need. The bathroom was very nice and it had a big balcony. The beach was at 5 minutes walking and to discover the cote dazure, it was ideal. It sais parking cost are 10 euro's a day but we parked in front of the hotel for no costs the whole stay. There is a supermarket around the corner. There was no one to welcome us at this hotel. By coincidence, we saw a very nice cleaninglady but the reception stayed empty for the whole vacation. Even when we checked out, there was nobody around. And also, the bed was terrible. I suggest to everyone that stays here to bring there own pillows also. |

Fully equipped kitchen, big terrace, free wi-fi internet. Situated within walking distance to the Croisette (10-12 min). Supermarket round the corner. Reception is not available on weekends. As we were leaving on sunday, we had some problems with returning the keys and calling the taxi. |

Good, quiet location. In our apartment we had a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher and washing machine, etc.) and nice spacious sunny balcony. We got late check out for free. Bathroom was decorated in modern style but usability could have been a bit better. No place for small bathroom belongings. Taking a shower it always watered bathroom floor, small but anoying thing. |

This aparthotel probably the best option I've ever had based on the following: 1) price; 2) location; 3) quietness; 4) cleanliness; 5) proximity to the good big supermarket; 6) friendliness of the staff. It's a very charming, cosy place where I felt myself like at home! |

Highly recommended for those who want to stay within budget!! An extremely good deal for Cannes. Very friendly service. We were a family of 6 and the 2 bedroom apartment fit us well. Free parking on the road!! And not very far from the beach No views (of the beach) from the unit. |

We came for a trade show, MIDEM and our stay couldn't have been better. The rooms are brand new with a high level of comfort. Wi-Fi in the apt. and a driver to take us to the Palais. 20 min. walk from the Palais which is a bit far, but the driver took us every day back and forth. |
