Good location, free wifi in the lobby The bed in the double room was too small for us. We can't even flip. I don't like the blanket in the bed; it looks dirty.

When we arrived the hotel told us that we didn't have a room anymore and that we needed to go to a different hotel that they had selected for us. The hotel didn't offer a taxi ride to the other one which was 20' walking distance. It was quite disappointing to see this Pavillon Montaigne hotel doing overbooking knowing that we couldn't cancel 3 days in advance!

Location is good. However be careful when you come back late at night. Its a bit too quiet and empty. We were approached by one of those 'lost travellers' who asked for directions and when we ignored him, two 'non-uniform police officers' approached us asking for passport. We just walked on. Just be extra cateful at night. Overall hotel was decent and staff helpful.

the location was wonderful and the staff was excellent in the hotel . I will recommend to all my friends. Please keep the same price. For middle class people location and the staff . I hope the price will stay the same.

La literie Propreté - Service - équipement de la chambre - Etat de la penderie - Bureau - éclairage - équipement de la fenêtre - cloques sur les murs - éclairage de tête de lit en ruine - pas d'oreiller supplémentaire malgré plusieurs demandes.

Pas de porte manteau dans la penderie dont la porte ne ferme plus. Télévision et téléphone ne fonctionnent pas dans l'indifférence du personnel qui "ne peux rien y faire". Petit déjeuner indigent. Hôtel indigne d'un trois étoiles.

La limpieza del hotel excelente, el staff muy amable y bilingüe también. El baño limpio y acorde. El servicio de wifi solamente en el lobby, hubiera sido mejor que sea en todo el hotel.

Nada. Es una vergüenza que den habitaciones al precio de mas de 150€ ,en el estado que nos la encontramos. Manchas de humedad por todas partes y desconchados de pintura en baño y habitacion. Además de mobiliario roto y un estado repugnante en general. Al reclamar el ultimo dia a las 10h el conserje nos contesto de mala manera que no tenia la cabeza para reclamaciones! Que morro! Para que luego critiquen nuestro pais! No vayan!

La situation géographique La tele ne marchait pas, le monsieur de l'accueil m'a répondu " ben ... Elle marche pas !" et c'est tout ! J'ai ensuite voulu une bouteille d'eau, il m'a regarder comme si j'avais demandé la lune et m'a répondu qu'il n'y en avait pas... Je recommande cet Hotel pour une ou deux nuits pas plus, l'hôtel est situe a 2 pas de la station de métro Franklin Roosevelt et des champs élysée. &Quot;équipements moderne" = complètement faux , il n'y a pas de prise a coter du lit pour charger son téléphone et la tele a rendu l'âme mais n'a pas été changé!

Ma chambre était apparement en voie de rénovation donc la salle d'eau était vraiment très délabrée. Ce qui ne m'a pas empêchée de payer le prix fort!!! Comparaison faite avec celle de ma collègue Karine Gamra Déplacement professionnel Donc forcément je vous réclame une remise sur le prix cette chambre réservée au nom de Emilie Sarboni à déduire sur le prix du prochain séjour du 5 au 8 décembre au nom d'une collaboratrice Mlle Auréie Bertucci Cordialement

La situation,près des Champs -Elysées.Que l'on puisse trouver des places de parking dans la rue de l'hotel,tard le soir et très tôt le matin.Internet gratuit au rez-de-chaussée. Chambre mansardée au 4ème étage.Ascenseur ne monte que jusqu'au 3ème.Un peu trop cher pour ces raisons.

Chambre très spacieuse et bien décorée: anciennes poutres en bois apparentes en plein Paris, c'est rare! Calme malgré chambre sur la rue... Bon rapport qualité/prix Salle de bain un peu ancienne et ayant besoin de rafraichissement des peintures et équipements
