recently refurbished, modern clean decor Had to wait until after 3pm to get a room as they were not made yet. Had to go look for towels as there were none and got one that had spots and did not look very clean. The Hotel is advertised as being between Republic and Bastille and in the Marais quarter which is completely false and was the reason why I chose it. |

Cozy room, silent street, kind personnel giving any necessary help, five-minute-walk to metro. Interesting room design. Umbrella to take with in a basket at the reception. Very French cafe 'Chez Prosper' next door. Little drawbacks... A sliding door with no handle, a bathroom without a hook. |

First of all, the service was brilliant from all staff right throughout our stay. The rooms were contemporary (though the ensuite was a little small) and clean. |

good location RER and 3 underground lines are close. Personal approach of staff it is a bit a strange sensation to hear the underground under the hotel. but you get used to it. Breakfast is a bit too expensive for what you get. |

2 minutes from a metro hub. Lovely neighbourhood restaurants & bars. Room was perfect for a city break, always clean, whole hotel is very stylish & well finished. Staff in general were very helpful and had perfect english One receptionist(the lady) was very brusque and unhelpful. Not many power sockets for laptops, chargers etc in room. |

the location and the size of the bed. the blanket was dirty, they did not put more pillows and when they gave us they were without pillow cases and dirty. They did not refill toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, towels were not enough. The bathtub and bathroom sink did not drain at all!!!!. The room was ridiculously small for a double room. |

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Although the room was small, which is often the case in Paris, it was nicely decorated and, most important, clean. The room was a bit small. And although the shower was large enough, the bathroom itself was very small |

I liked the design of the hotel and I especially like how affordable it was, considering the location and the "trendy" feel of it. The cleaning ladies kept waking us up (we were so jet-lagged that we couldn't wake up before noon) but it wasn't too big of a problem, just felt a little rushed sometimes. There was no "do not disturb" sign to put on the door. |

Good location. Close to different lines of metro station. Rooms are too small. There is only 20 santimeters space between bed and entrance door. Shower is only for really slim people. |

Lovely room, though on the small side this wasn't a problem for a couple on a citytrip. |

Location was great, hotel was hip and edgy. Front desk staff attractive and professional. Room was supposed to be smoke free, but smelled vaguely smoky. Gorgeous breakfast room, but unfriendly surly hostess. Fridge was plugged in, but beverages were warm. |

Staff were very attentive and polite, the hotel was spotless and a good breakfast selection. The satellite did hot work during our five day stay despite being reported |

Some members of the staff, even in the reception, had a big problem with English. Anyway, the staff was all in all good. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were very clean and nice. Air-conditioning was pleasant. We had a problem with wi-fi internet connection. Even if they advertise that the wifi is free and accessible in each room, we had a room in 5th floor and we were not able to catch internet there - so we had to bring laptop to reception (there was signal) and browse there. Second problem was with parking - hotel has not got is own parking. Public parking in front of the hotel is in practice impossible because you have to obtain some special Paris parking card and charge 2 euro every 2 hours. Near the hotel (cca 500m) is private "VINCI" parking, there you pay 21 euro per day. |

The hotel is well connected by Metro in a safe part of the City. The hotel is stylish and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was not very good. We didn't have towels one day, toilet paper the next - these problems were easily solved but a bit of a pain. The room was also pretty small (which is not unusual in Paris). |

I particularly liked the cleanliness. I had three issues with the hotel, one: the fridge in the room did not work, second: too much furniture in the room making it impossible to get to the bathroom (room 205), and third: the girl receptionist was very condescending about our ability to speak French - since the hotel was advertised that all reception workers spoke English. |

The proximity to the metro and the rer was great. There were also some great cafes nearby like Chez Prosper. The rooms were small - much smaller than we anticipated even after reading the other reviews! We got upgraded to a superior room and even that was tiny! We could barely move and were surprised given the distance that the hotel is outside of the main city. We chose this hotel becuase of the WIFI connection and the gym. The WIFI didn't work from our room and the gym was very very basic. |

Reasonable price. Clean and modern.Friendly staff, helpful with what restaurants to go to. Unfortunately we did not get very good sleeps. The room was stuffy and the air conditioning did not go cold enough. One night we slept with the window open but as we were facing the road it was extremely loud. The room was very small but it was very clean and modern. |

It was very pleasant stay at Pavillon Nation which designed very contemporaily. Very much enjoyed the room and breakfast there too. Staffs are very kind and speak good English unlike other places in Paris. Hope the room is a little bigger with some more spaces. |

the room was quiet the hotel claims to have wifi ; i stayed one night, came with my laptop in order to manage important internet communications and was unable to have either wifi or indeed a wired connection, either days. a helpful employee brought me an ethernet cable, it didn't work either; I have informed the management by email and had no reply .Also I stayed on the 7 th floor, there is no adequate curtaining to block out light, just a couple of flimsy blinds. the entrance to the hotel is cramped and smells peculiar |

Hotel was very clean, staff helpful and area was quiet even with the window open at night. Easy access to metro stations near by. Nice restaurant around the corner. Slightly too far from city centre, be advised to use metros as taxis are expensive to centre especially in rush hour. Rooms small but to be expected for Paris. |
