The last minute booking price was interesting. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were small but comfy.
First room smelled tobacco but we have swapped with another one. Rooms were quite small but comfy.
WiFi was perfect (even though some other people reported problems) Room was clean. Bed was excellent. Nice location with lot of choices for food. Seems safe too. Staff was polite.
Room was very small. Only one socket free to charge devices (I had to unplug the phone and the TV). Taking picture of the credit card as minibar guarantee? Not sure if this is legal.
The location is ideal for me. Nicely decorated and staff very nice (in the parisian way...)
It needs proper and constant maintenance. The state of the bathrooms is not good. Taps are uprooted from the wall. The wall paper in the lift needs to be redone. The windows are not properly sound proof, so it can be very noisy.
Location is great - a few steps from Metro station. Pleasant stuff. Ok breakfast vs its price.
Pillows are horrible, bathroom is very small. Specific unpleasant smell at the room.
Location is convenient, hotel has potential, but maintenance is BEHIND. Small but practical rooms, reasonably modern. Value for money is correct.
Repair your tap- and showerproblems ! You have problems on BOTH in BOTH rooms we rented !
We arrived a day late due to flight cancelation by air France. The young lady at the front desk was very concerned. She was very helpful checking us in. She made us feel very comfortable. She also spoke English. The room was tiny no place to set our suitcases. It was a little bigger than the bed. The bathtub had a partial plastic divider separating it for the toilet. Every time I took a shower the bathroom floor got filled with water. The carpet in the room was a hairy brown color and looked dirty. It might not have been but this is the way it looked. The cover on thebed was also brown and looked also dirty although it might not have been. The price was not cheap. Overall not a good deal
Too expensive for the comfort. Small small rooms. For the prices they charge breakfast should be included! For a 3 star hotel, very few amenities: soap and shampoo.
- The beautiful breakfast room - The location, 3 minutes from a major metro station - The fitness room, minimally equipped, but existent. Not so common in Paris for this category of hotels - The friendly staff.
- Rather small corridors and rooms (although we had a "superior" whose size was acceptable) - Poor quality: Our sink tap was totally loose.
Close to subway
Far from Paris centre.
Value for money, location. Helpfulness of staff. Comfort and cleanliness.
No real issues.
Location is a far from touristic area.
The hotel was in an excellent location; it was steps away from the Nation metro station, which offers connection to the main attractions of the city. I liked my stay in the hotel, it was comfortable and clean.
Pillows were terrible. The hotel should upgrade the quality of its pillows.
Typical parisian hotel, everything is available, but quite small - location OK, not far from metro. Staff is friendly. Watch out for a good price offer, to get better value for money.
in summer time it will be warm; had the top floor, no airco. Strange light switch. Breakfast is (too) simple, and therefor too expensive
-Perfect location (2 minutes walk from the metro "Nation") -Lovely staff: We first had a room without hair dryer and with the shower that was not working properly. When we informed the staff at the front desk, Sara was really nice and gave us a free upgrade in a bigger room on the top floor!
Near metro station, nice area with good restaurants.
Cable tv doesn't work (only french channels), telephone doesn't work, very very very tiny room.
Room a bit shabby, light fitting hanging off wall beside bed, bathroom basin unit cracked and tired looking, seemed very expensive for facilities on offer
New furnitures, nice design, good breakfast, good location.
The room is small, but it's typical in Paris
Worst hotel I booked in my life Not worth one star
Amazing location for travelling around Paris and quite a few really good restaurants in the immediate area to try some good french food. Not a big tourist area, good with no crowds :)
Wifi was a bit difficult to connect to and did cut out a fair bit
The decor was different and interesting. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
The room didn't have tea/coffee facilities i.e. a kettle.
Very clean Good location
Room was very small No tea and coffee facilities in room Wifi never worked.
Very close to the good restaurants and metrostation
There was no Internet and blankets were not clean
We had nice and clean room , whatever I needed or wasn't on the room the staff was willing to provide it and they were very helpful , good location very close to metro , a lots of restaurant and shops around
We didn't have a wifi in the room and also on the reception was very poor ,room's sockets weren't charge our phones , we had to leave our phones on the reception during the night to charge up , no hairdry in the room , and was strong cigarette smell in the coridor
The hotel is not in the center of Paris but it is really close to a very central metro station, so the location is really good for your vacation in Paris.
The staff was not helpful nor friendly enough, except for one gentleman who was 2 out of the 4 nights that we stayed there. The hotel was quiet clean but the room service was awful, they came in to clean the room but they did not leave us any towels or toilet paper. Every single day we had to call the reception to ask for towels, who told us that they were not allowed to go up in the rooms and that we had to go to the reception to get our towels. The room was small like most of hotel rooms in Paris and the bathroom was really tiny. Finally, the WiFi was not working most of the days and the staff only told us that they didn't know why nor whether and when it would be fixed.
very friendly staffs, great location
the room is a bit too small, the internet is not always working.
