The Palais Omnisport de Bercy is 15 minutes’ walk away, and the Champs Elysées, the Louvres and the Opera Garnier are about 30 minutes away on the Metro.

I did like the location, as it is close to the Marais and Bastille Opera.The hotel is freshly refurbished - the room is spacious enough and has a very good bathroom. Breakfast was ok |

Close to Metro. We received chocolates for New Year - nice touch! The room had a bath, although it was small. We were given a quiet room, which was at the front of the building with quite a bit of traffic noise. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned thoroughly as there were hairs over the floor. No english TV channels. We'd ordered a double room, but were given a twin. |

The hotel is right across the street from a Metro station. The family room worked wonderfully for us. We have kids 3 and 6. Rooms were quite large for typical rooms in Paris. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Don't bother with the breakfast - one of the skimpiest I've ever seen. There is a Starbucks near by and many restaurants that offer breakfast at a lower price than the hotel. |

The welcome was warm and check in efficient. The staff were most helpfull even lending us a bottle opener for our wine, helping us with maps ordering a taxi for our departure. The hotel appears to have had a refurbish and was sparkling, clean and fresh and colour co-ordinated. Great little hotel 10 out of 10.Great location too,close to Marais and area appeared safe. The hotel is on a well lit busy road. Tea and coffee making in the room would have been good but for 2 E reception would make one to take up to ones room! |

We were so lucky to find this clean, comfortable gem of a hotel located in right beside train and metro stations. Staff were fantastically helpful and room was spacious modern and quiet. Our rate did not include breakfast so we can not comment. On arrival we were given a ground floor room, the window of which opened directly onto the courtyard entrance of the hotel. The room was small, dark and had 2 single beds instead of a double. We immediately queried this and were given a much better room on the third floor, facing onto a quiet back street with a comfy kingsize bed. The district around the hotel is full of cafes, lovely little cobbled streets and authentic Parisien shops. The Port De Arsenal provided a romantic waterside stroll We did not like the narrow winding stairs so we used the elevator to access our 3rd floor room. Also, the first room we were offered was not acceptable but this was quickly rectified and staff were happy to oblige. |

A little gem, stylish comfortable and walking distance from Gare d'Lyon. Everything in gleaming perfect condition. Comfortable bed. Perfect for overnight stay but room a bit tiny. - however for longer stay recommend booking larger de-luxe room. Otherwise a lovely boutique hotel. |

The hotel met our purpose however traffic noise at night disturbed sleep and the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room were missed. The location is very good and is withing walking distance of the centre so we did not have to rely on the Metro. Reception staff were very helpful. |

Convenient to the metro, close to the canal where we were boarding our barge, met our needs. Lack of an ice machine. Americans are used to ice in their beveragaes. |

We liked the cozy, family-like atmosphere as well as the convenient location- close to the metro, tourist attractions, shopping,grocery stores, atm machines, restaurants etc.The comfortable beds with new stylish bedding and newly renovated stylish bathroom along with the availability of a family room- two connecting rooms -allowing for plenty of space for our family of 5 - combined to create a wonderful stay in Paris. Our family rated this the best hotel of the 7 we stayed at during our 3 -week European vacation. We look forward to staying there again on our second European vacation . The elevator was small . |

The Hotel is well situated for walking to the Left Bank, river side walks, Marais and Bastille districts. Also it is only two minutes from the Metro. An excellent location. The air conditioning is also a positive feature. However the rooms while perfectly comfortable are little small. |

Staff was delightful, staff spoke English, breakfast was adequate, hotel was quiet (plus, plus, plus!) This doesn't even seem fair, but the only thing I could say that would have improved our stay is if the tv offered more English speaking tv stations (I.E., cnn, bbc). |
