Staff was delightful, staff spoke English, breakfast was adequate, hotel was quiet (plus, plus, plus!) This doesn't even seem fair, but the only thing I could say that would have improved our stay is if the tv offered more English speaking tv stations (I.E., cnn, bbc). |

The hotel was in a great location right next to Metro. Room was quite small but clean and comfortable. Good value for money in centre of Paris. |

Excellent location and handy for the Metro and local amusements Despite asking for twin beds(which we got) they were joined when we first arrived. We had to separate them and readjust. |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The price was affordable. The location is nice as we were exposed to the "local" flavor of Paris rather than simply the tourist areas. There are plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby. The Metro and train station are close by as well. It would be nice to have the option of movies or perhaps more English speaking TV channels. |

the hotel is situated in a central position with the metro within easy reach.the rooms were very quite for such a busy neighbourhood. i stayed in the hotel in 2008 for a few days and found a definate improvement in the service, receptionist was a very pleasing and helpful person,it means a lot.i will be back. |

the bed very comfortable.and very accessible.the parking is just across the hotel and we paid reasonableprice for parking for 2 nights.the staff at the reception were very friendly. just the corridors were very narrow and the elevator also.and a little bit of noise in the morning from the street. |

Quiet, comfortable room, very close to the Opera and the parking house of that. Breakfast could include more cheese plus 1-2 types of cold cuts / salami on top of the jam and joghurt. Tea was fine. |

Metro Bastille is too many stairway! If you stay this hotel when you have hevey baggage, you may use Gara de Lyon.And,you catch a taxi or bus from Gara de Lyon. |
