отелю требуется косметический ремонт

идеальное расположение!!! номер маленький, но вполне комфортный. останавливались на ноябрьские праздники, в номере была вполне оптимальная температура. проблем с лифтом за 4 дня, что мы та были не было. персонал очень вежливый, вполне хорошо разговаривает на английском и готов помочь в решении любых вопросов, за что им от нас огромное спасибо!

сейф находится на ресепшне. конечно хорошо, что он всегда под надзором, но не вполне удобно им пользоваться у всех на виду)

Nulla. Situazione vergognosa. Sono giornalista è ho documentato con foto e video. Va tolto dal sito provvedo inoltre con denuncia all'ufficio di igiene.

Allego la mail mandate al manager e a cui non ho avuto risposta! Hallo, I reserved a room for two people via booking.com I arrived sept 21. Internet was not working so a guy started to connect and disconnect the router. After 1 hour It worked. In the meantime I had to buy an Orange subscription because I am a Journalist and had to send some articles. (+20 euro) Day 1, Room n°1: 1 small towel, smelling smoke and NO soap. I asked at the girl at the reception for some soap and she told me that "all the hotel is out of soap, maybe tomorrow", this late at night so I had to stay in bed with no shower after a long day of travel and work. Never happened before, neither in camping! Day 2, Room n° 25: still a single room, not smelly, with soap and towels. That is fine. One of the guys of the reception came, knock the door, waited less than 15 seconds and came In. I was resting. Not acceptable. At 13.00 the maid didn't clean the room yet. I explain that the reservation is to 2 persons and I had a single room. I can tolerate this for two days but today the second person is coming so I asked for the room I booked and PAID. Got Room n° 42, went in the bathroom and found what you can see on the attached picture. This at 4 pm. Went at the reception and the girl started to joke about this with a colleague on the cell phone. This in my face. Joking and laughing. Upset I asked her: "is this normal for you?" answer: "it is not my fault" Me: " So if you find this is good for you and you will use it?" - Girl's answer: " No, I will never use it. But You are not me!" - laughing - 7.45 pm I got back to my room and no toilet paper is here.

La cordialità, la pulizia e la posizione, davvero centralissimo

Non direi negativo,l'unica cosa si e no è stata la colazione...migliorabile ma non deplorevole

Sobre todo la ubicación, está cerca del museo del Louvre, con excelentes combinaciones de transporte para recorrer la ciudad

La posizione centrale. Ideale per chi vuole visitare la città e usare l'albergo come punto d'appoggio (lavarsi e dormire)!!!

camera vecchia nello stile e appena arrivati era un pochino sporca ( un dito di polvere sul telefono...). Io inoltre odio la moquette!! Nonostante tutto bagno pulito.

立地の利便性。どこに行くにも大変便利な場所でした。

今回は仕事でパリに滞在。立地の良さと宿泊費を考慮しこのホテルにしたが、とにかく部屋が汚い。ベッドメー- キング及びタオルをきちんと変えてあったが、部屋のホコリがひどかった。また夜中にほかの部屋がトイレを流- す度に驚いて起きる状態。同じ料金で私が一階１１号室、同僚が５階５２号室に宿泊したが、同じ料金とは思え- ないほど一階の部屋は狭く環境が最悪だった。一階の１１号室は絶対におすすめできない。
