L'emplacement Chambre vétuste. Salle de bain en mauvais état, carreaux sales, traces de rouille. Papier peint qui se décolle. Aucune décoration. TV minuscule. Double vitrage inefficace. Vraiment, vraiment insuffisant.

L'emplacement Proposer la chambre dans laquelle j'étais, chambre 304, relève de l'escroquerie: lit déplorable, murs sales, fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, moquette douteuse, mobilier digne d'Emmaüs, etc. De surcroît, je n'ai pas eu de facture, l'imprimante était en panne! On devait me l'envoyer; je l'attends encore.

Sa situation géographique par rapport à la gare St Lazare Cet hôtel a débité immédiatement le prix de la chambre avec le numéro de la carte qui ne devait servir que de garantie de réservation. C'est inadmissible. D'autre part alors que nous avions déjà pris possession de notre chambre, celle-ci a été relouée à des personnes qui y ont pénétrée. C'est inadmissible.

Au départ, le prix et la proximité de la gare st Lazare. Le wifi payant dans les chambres : scandaleux. Le bruit de la rue. Le resto italien un peu "foutage de gueule" Chambre et sdb à rafraîchir et nettoyer à fond une fois !

La proximité avec mon lieu de rendez-vous - la grande chambre - le bar bien garni J'avais demandé une chambre au calme ( demande peut-être pas possible à satisfaire ) elle était calme à condition de garder la fenêtre fermée ---> trop chaud ! ce n'est toutefois pas dramatique

Le fait que j'ai paye pour une chambre avec wi-fi gratuit, mais qui au final non seuelement ne marchait pas dans les chambre, mais etait en panne dans le hall! Ca a tout bousiller, car en tant que journalist la nuit je voulais envoyer differentes fichiers, chose que je n'ai pas pu faire! A deconseiller. Si vous etes en voyage d'affaire, mais que votre emplyeur vous a mis des limites pour les depense, optez plutot pour un hotel 3* delux ou un 4* pas si bien situe, mais qui offret des facilites. Un seul bemol pour booking.com, mettez a jour les infos des hotels, svp

“We found the staff to be very helpful and always ready to assist with information or directions. The location is excellent for access to metro and shopping. There are many local facilities close by including a supermarket and lavarie. When we needed to store luggage the hotel management were very obliging.
