The staff were very polite and efficient even with a guest like myself who was not very fluent in French. Check in was very quick and the security in and around the hotel was good. The fact that I had to pay for the 1 night that I did not stay in the hotel due to the fact that I was unable to travel on the day I had planned as the Embassy had not released my passport |

Location, although the rooms are a bit noisy (the court is there, and the rooms very close to each other, with one listening to all the yells and screams) The blanket was stained, the bathroom tiles showed some fungus. |

The friendliness of the Desk and Restaurant staff...realy aim to please. I got the worst room (Staff confirmed that)on the first floor. Mold and mildew in the bathroom, stained and dirty carpet. One inch of dust around the baseboards. Mattress was just ok. Also the room was dark, even with the windows open But I was able to view other rooms that were bright, clean and fresh looking. |

The hotel was right next to a metro stop - perfect location for getting into the heart of the city. For being a three star hotel, the room was too small, we could not even the door all the way to the bathroom. There was no air conditioning and it was really loud at night. Also, the internet connection was not free. |

the shower head was horrible and needed to be replaced, it sprayed in a 360 degree radius so the entire bathroom got wet if you wanted to take a shower. the cleaning staff did not really clean when they came in-- they would only make the bed and leave the trash cans full, and trays from the room service in the room, and they would not mop or vacuum. |

the staff was very nice and friendly. We got there on Friday and on Saturday morning the electricity went out is was kind of scary on the first day there but when we went to the lobby they told us they were working on it but with the strike they did not know when the electrician was going to get there. They gave us coffee and croasant, we went back to sleep and the problem was fixed within 2 hours the carpet in the room was dirty and they did not dust the desk yet the bathroom was clean (thank God!) |

Toilettes dans un etat de saleté repoussante:visiblement n'ont pas été nettoyées et la chambre a été préparée a minima ; pas de chauffage dans la chambre bien que la température extérieure soit 2°. Pour le petit déjeuner , les doutes concernant l'hygiène dans cet hotel font qu'il semble difficile de le prendre sur place..... |

Proximité de mon lieu de réunion (j'ai pu m'y rendre à pied) et d'un quartier très sympatique avec de nombreux services et commerces. Pas de connexion Internet dans les chambres ==> aller à la réception pour pouvoir se connecter au Wifi, ce qui est fastidieux et marchait mal pour moi. |

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione...a due passi dalla metro e in un bel quartiere.L'hotel era pulito, accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo Le camere erano un po' piccole.La colazione non è compresa ed è abbastanza cara. |

Ett centralt beläget mellanklasshotell som väl tillgodoser behovet av sömn och dusch. Prisvärt. Kuddarna kunde varit större och flera (:-) |
