    Great location.

The staff were generally friendly, but one of the receptionists tried to correct my English (without me asking) in a condescending manner. I was very offended. He most probably wouldn't have acted that way if he was talking to a man or someone twice my age. His disrespectfulness was appalling. Having said that, the other staff were generally friendly.

Excellent location, very close to metro station and local shops. The rooms are exactly as advertised. Staff friendly.

The bathroom had an awful smell. I had to keep the door shut all the time.

It was worth to stay there, very close to the Metro Station so we had no problem to go to city centre, around 15 to 20 minutes from triumph Arc. They arranged a shuttle to the airport and I thought was a good price espeacilly being 4:00am. They also have a mini fridge and a micro oven so very hand as well if you are in a low budget.

Very pleasant surrounding, a lot of restaurants, green market, bakeries, metro station on 200m with 2 crossing lines..

We spent 5 days in this hotel and I could see dust on shelves all 5 days!!!

Reception staff friendly and helpful but felt that I was ripped off paying €16 for them to book me a place on the shuttle to airport and pay the shuttle €20

The rooms are small, carpets filthy in room 212 furniture is old scratched, wallpaper peeling of walls. Mattresses had old springs in them and could feel each spring when trying to sleep. The linen was clean but old blankets not acceptable. Bathroom tiles mouldy and toilet could do with scrub! Photos are very deceiving, felt embarrassed to take my friend there after the cruise we had just been on. The exterior walls in courtyard paint all peeling looks delapidated. Did not have breakfast think management should re-vamp this hotel should not be advertised !

Location was good. Liked the area. The guy on the desk at night was very helpful.

Bed was uncomfortable. Stayed 4 nights, WI_FI unavailable for 3 of them.

One staff member was quite helpful and nice, the rest were for the birds.

This place has really gone downhill, as I have stayed here in years' past. First night they had overbooked and sent us to another hotel down the street with a terrible, cramped room that smelled of a backed up sewer. We then moved (our own bags with no help) to the original hotel and a much nicer room, but one of the beds was very old, and riddled with springs that dug into my flesh. Very unpleasant.

This is located just around the corner to the metro (Villiers station) It was adequate for what we needed (somewhere to get changed and sleep). It is very basic and a bit dated but based on Paris prices was all we needed. The staff were all helpful and spoke English.

This hotel like I said is adequate. Very basic and is shabby around the edges but is fine for those just needling a shower and a clean bed.

near metro (5 mins walk) and close to city center (20 mins walk down to Place de la Concorde or Arc de Triomphe). close to grocery local shops and market. I was on first floor and water was warm all day long, heat works, wifi works well, and they changed towels every day. Great value for money

Pillows were very uncomfortable. We were sleeping without them.

Nice staff, great location, very charming neighbourhood, quiet at night. The metro is nearby, so are the taxi station, Monoprix supermarkets, bakeries... The room had excellent heating, strong free wifi. The hotel could use a renovation, but it's clean and everything works.

Mediocre breakfast, but that's not really a problem.

Location. All receptionist were helpful and accommodating.

Rooms are quite crowded and might need to be renovated / redesigned already. A good wi-fi coverage for internet access within the rooms should at least be available.

Great location near city center, close to Villiers metro station; quiet and safe area with many shops and cafes around. Room are large enough. Great value for such money. We were happy to stay there.

Staff is freindly but mostly useless - their advices are usually incomplete, or don't work. Checked out during 15min, because the lady at the reception could not calculate the charge for breakfast correctly. It was confirmed on booking that "Wi-Fi is available in all areas and is free of charge". Actually it is only available at the reception area for free. Breakfasts are quite simple and good. But they are overestimated (8.5Euro/person/night).

Location near Metro, friendly English speaking staff, clean sheets every day, plenty hot water, good shower. Loads of places to eat nearby.

Tiny rooms, dim lighting, no view, small bath towels.
