The room and bathroom was clean and fairly new.

Heating either was off or didn't work. The room was freezing cold. Aircondition could not be adjusted. Disco/bowling noisy went on until 2o'clock at night.

Excellent modern hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly hotel staff. Nice Italian restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff.

Bar drinks are very expensive.

Location is close to Disney Paris or if you have business in the area.

Bad level of maintenance, hardly any air conditioners working. No service - not even possible to get a glass of water of a cup of coffee during the day until bar opens at 18:00.

Ideally situated for visiting Disneyland which is 10 minutes by car and train station is 5 minute drive to get to the centre of Paris. Staff were very helpful, breakfast plentiful, rooms clean and resturant service and food excellent. Really enjoyed our time and would recommend it.

We stay 2 days at Paxton , we specialy book this hotel for the swimming pool , but when we arrive we realise that the pool was very small , to least spce and many people and very cold . Impossible to swim . We been deasapointed so we went back to the room and try to have a warm shower but in the middle of the shower we had no warm water only cold . We call reception and all the told us was to wait a few hours for warm water . Next morning , same story , shower cold !! The location it's very far from the station , and from 3 days and 2 nights we only benefit fom the hotel transport 1 , all other times we had to walk miles in cold . Terrible !

Staff were rude Swimming pool was freezing and small No spa facilities There were men in the ladies changing rooms with a 3 yr old girl this wasn't acceptable only 1 toilet in the changing area The down stairs bar was always closed only able to by a drink in the restaurant in the opposite building Very expensive for drinks, Had an issue with the door on the room ( key card access) 5 times to explain to the receptionist and 4 key cards used for the cleaner to assist and found the batteries had gone. Only 1 shuttle bus to take u to the train station to then go onto Disneyland the wait was too long an ordered a taxi. Would not recommend the hotel

if you are driving to disneyland and val'de europe than it is perfect location, safe, parking is good, lots of spaces, rooms are clean and decent size.

Almost nothing. If you want to visit center of Paris, it takes time to go, because hotel exists outside of Paris.

We were very pleased with the hotel, it's modern and happy, the rooms were very clean and the staff helpful. Having kitchen facilities is a big plus, specially in those days when everybody is too tired to go out, anyways, there is a Macdonalds on the other side of the freeway and the hotel has a nice italian restaurant, the pizzas were lovely. Breakfast was nice, good variety and friendly staff. When we go back to Paris, or Disneyland, we will probably return has the price and services were very good. I would not recommend the hotel for people traveling by public transportation though, we took our car and it was fine, but I don't even know where the nearest train station is. By car, it's 25 minutes to center Paris (we got some traffic the first time) and 5 minutes to Disneyland. Overall we are very satisfied, it's a nice, clean, comfortable, family friendly hotel.

The only major thing I would point out is the pool. I read several reviews that said the pool water was to cold, when we got there the lady at the reception said the same, that they had a problem the day before but the next day it would be better. We stayed for 4 days and the pool was always cold. What I get is that they don't heat it up at all and that this are all excuses. It's a pity, because it's a nice pool and my kids were looking forward to a swim.

The restaurant was O.K but they should pay attention to details. The heating in the room was too much The staff at the reception not very helpful The first night you could hear the nose from the disco.

Requests both via agent and after telephone calls were not immediately met i.e.having requested twin rooms for a party of adults we were offered on arrival all rooms as double!!

The room was a great size, all 5 of us were very comfortable, the breakfast was lovely with good choices for the children.

There was a light missing in the room and the pool was too cold for us to use.

Clean and lots of room

I will not return because on a Saturday night at 11pm we arrived and were given a room opposite the night club. I was exhausted and as the children were already in bed couldn't move room. We should not have been put in a room opposite the night club. When I complained to the receptionist in the morning she said why didn't I ask to be moved in the night!!! I explained that moving room with two small children asleep at 3 am was worse than being put in the room in the first place. No compensation was offered and therefore I will not return and I will actively discourage others from using the hotel I was not dealt with with any sympathy or understanding.

The hotel was very nice. It was located in a great location for visiting Disney, Paris and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool water was too cold and there is no shallow end for small children to enjoy. The breakfast was alright, nothing spectacular.

the staff were helpful as door of room 277 dose not shut and they manage to provide next duplex. arrange extra heater as the room get cold at night. great breakfast selection. comfortable beds. nice garden view.quite area. secure

The rooms facilities such as sofa bed, luxury bed upstairs with cooker fridge, & microwave. The variety of food at breakfast time was best we've had while we were in France.

Travelling to get there got a taxi for 30 Euros which was the cheapest. No Buses. The pool wasn't very warm for my friends children.

Very nice and spacious family rooms with 2 levels/ Good and quiet location just 5 minutes drive from both Disneyland and Outlet village Val D'Europe.

The taste & price of their Italian restaurant was acceptable. However, the service was really poor as the food arrived our tables without knife & fork. Our request for the sets of knife & fork was entertained 15 mins later. When the sets were put on my tables, the food already turned cold. As such, we tried not to visit again the restaurant during my stay.

The service was extremely bad: 1) The shuttle bus schedule changed frequently, which caused a lot of confusion. 2) They failed to provide just a water kettle in the room. Their advertisement that there was a kitchen facility caused you an impression that the hotel was family friendly but in fact, was not. 3) The receptionist failed provide appropriate advice. When we tried to borrow a water kettle from them, they advised us to obtain the hot water from the restaurant or bar, instead of renting the kitchenette from them at a cost of Euro 10. Our request for renting the kitchenette & from them seemed to cause trouble from them & did not include a basic water kettle. On the second day of my stay, I tried to obtain hot water from the restaurant but was refused roughly which caused embarrassment to myself & great disappointment for the kids as they just wanted to make 2 cup noodles as a snack in the afternoon.
