Good location. Value for money.
Staff weren't particularly nice and place was filthy
Great position, near metro station; Full of bar, restaurant, and market in the proximity; good bar for drink and small prices; nice, clear, small kitchen; good shower and hot water.
small rooms; little uncomfortable bed; no wifi in rooms; not completely clean bed, room and bathroom.
The fact that it is a pub/hotel, although the pictures here are somewhat misleading... It's not that popular a pub... It is close to the metro station I met the cutest girl there
The toilet was outside the room, shared, the fact that it was not clear on the website. The wifi is not available anywhere as in all other hotels No breakfast Non-availability of the lobby during the night No elevator No room service No frequent room cleaning
5 mins walking to metro station.
1. the bed is too noisy, if the person on the upper berth moves, the ppl on the lower berth could be woke up. 2. the stairs and corridor are very smelly....due to the public toilette I guess.
Staffs are very very nice and the location is perfect very close to the metro. A good place for backpackers.
Room was comfortable, kitchen and facilities were good, bar wasn't too loud
A lot of stairs and no lift! Not good if you have mobility problems. The guy on the bar in the evenings was a bit rude as well.
next ro metro cheap price
room in third floor no elevator very small and tight staires very small room noisy no services no loby or front desk bar is the recipthion
no wi-fi in the room and has bed bugs
Situated close to Gare du Nord, Montmartre and the lovely channels and ports right within the city og Paris.
Very small room with extra bed squeezed in a corner so one had to climb over it to get to the bath. Beds were just treated with some chemicals (good) but in such a concentration that it stank and itched the skin. I hope it at least worked whatever it was for. The noise with open wi dow was extreme and lasted mpst of the night. So a couple og beers at least are recommended... WIFI in the roome not free of charge. Bicycle parking 10 € extra.
Price is a bit high for such kind of hostel. Very noisy place (near is fireguards). Room is overcrowded (14 beds in ~10m2), very uncomfortable upper deck of the bed (3rd layer).
Location as alright. It's right by the metro and a busy street so it can be pretty loud at times. But it was easy to get to other parts of the city and the neighborhood seemed relatively safe. The kitchen was nice to have available.
A few of the staff were really unhelpful and rude. The wifi only works during certain hours and when it does it's ok at best. I felt I payed too much but it was the cheapest option I could find in Paris.
young and funny people from all around the world, metro stations and shops nearby
staff rude, narrow, acces card does not work
Quick booking, and nice service by the staff. They stayed up to let me in at 2:30 am. I could easyly call them and arange everything.
The neighborhood is very noisy and the noise-protection within the building not really good. The beds are very close together in a comparable small room. In my opinion the bathroom was quite dirty and the matress really used. All in all quite tight.
Good to meet people
14 bedroom had only one bathroom
close to metro station. close to canal st martin close to shops and bakeries .
all the staff are good except the tall guy with long hair . no wifi in rooms . toilet soo tight . shower soo tight
Check in at bar Good location Staff very friendly and helpful Great fun
No front desk, check in at bar Lots of steps
The bar, there was always a staff member to help you (24 h), the shared kitchen, freezer and cooking stencils, near to the metro and train staton.
The ambient of the zone was not the best, the bathroom's window lacked a curtain or a blind
relatively cheap in paris
lost my ipad. have to pay for wifi usage in room. noisy outside.
Surly staff; no sleep due to loud bar beneath, people drinking obnoxiously in room. I ended up choosing to sleep in the street at 4.30am. 1 bathroom between 14. I'd expect this standard for £5.
See above for the best bits.
The staff were friendly, and very helpful on places to visit. Of particular note I would like to say the early morning staff was a delight to talk with
The wifi hours are free from 8 am to 6 pm and only work in the lobby. This is during peak travel time in Paris and frankly should be extended. It can be noisy as well since its on a main street so bring head phones.
Great hostel got everything you could need or want.
Wifi was a little slow
The location is very good as it very near to the metro. The price is excellent and good for budget travellers. I also like the staff esp the very helpful guy from Srilanka.
Poor wifi connection.
