Check in at bar Good location Staff very friendly and helpful Great fun
No front desk, check in at bar Lots of steps
The bar, there was always a staff member to help you (24 h), the shared kitchen, freezer and cooking stencils, near to the metro and train staton.
The ambient of the zone was not the best, the bathroom's window lacked a curtain or a blind
relatively cheap in paris
lost my ipad. have to pay for wifi usage in room. noisy outside.
Surly staff; no sleep due to loud bar beneath, people drinking obnoxiously in room. I ended up choosing to sleep in the street at 4.30am. 1 bathroom between 14. I'd expect this standard for £5.
See above for the best bits.
The staff were friendly, and very helpful on places to visit. Of particular note I would like to say the early morning staff was a delight to talk with
The wifi hours are free from 8 am to 6 pm and only work in the lobby. This is during peak travel time in Paris and frankly should be extended. It can be noisy as well since its on a main street so bring head phones.
Great hostel got everything you could need or want.
Wifi was a little slow
The location is very good as it very near to the metro. The price is excellent and good for budget travellers. I also like the staff esp the very helpful guy from Srilanka.
Poor wifi connection.
the atmosphere at the place was amazing and the crowd is great..moreover they have got excellent staff working there.
in the shared dorms..it would be better if there was some kind of artificial ventilation like a fan, ventilator etc
We were in a double that, fortunately, provided some quiet and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped but ridiculously hot! Not great if there are more than 2 people cooking...
The wifi which was supposed to be also in the bedrooms for free, it's actually available only in the bar (not great speed either) downstairs (loud and often crowded), whereas if you want it in the rooms you pay €3 for hour. No lift means that if your room is above the 4th floor you wish you had no bags at all with you! They throw away whateveris in the fridge (unless claimed by 5pm) on Mondays, which means that if you get back to the hostel after 5pm you don't find anymore any of your perishables. The room was very hot (no aircon, fan or else) and to open the windows meant to hear all the noise from the very trafficated roads below.
Location is perfect, quite near the metro
No free wifi at room, it costs 3€ for 2 hours.
Mixing up with different nationalities...
Smelly feet in the shared room
The shower was dreadful the room pff everything was horrible, the fornt desk is a bar at night and you have to leave because it is where the "manager"sleeps and it is in an unsafe area in Paris
Clean hostel, safe lockers.
The big dorm I was in had only one shower.
The bar and the staff are excellent
14 beds room is too crowed, power source is not enough in the room
IT's a party hotel, so it's 24/7, very very friendly staff and people there. very good if you are looking for new friends
Place was generally pretty clean.
Bed bugs!!!! Attitude of workers left much to be desired, and why would they put a shower with a clear door (no curtain) in a three-person room? I would have taken a shower except that I would have been clearly visible to the other two people in the room.
Luggage storage and kitchen.
14 creeky beds in one tiny room. Staff mildly nice. Loud music heard in room. Tiny bathroom and shower.
the wifi only free in 8AM TO 6PM
Close to metro stations.
Only one WC/shower room per 14 perons.
The hostel is in a good location, close to two main subway lines connected with downtown and train stations. Friendly stuff, but be patience if you need something during busy pub hours. I stayed in the 14 beds mixed room, the bed was clean the bathroom too.
Only one bathroom for 14 people, it means a bit of line in the morning and quick washing for everyone. Noisy street in the front and close to an ambulance station, emergencies very often..so if you have a soft sleep, you probably want to bring earplugs with you. Wifi available only during bar hours for free otherwise you pay.
Next to the Tain and suppermarket and mds over the road
Wifi day time only in bar for free or have to pay and fire trucks leaving lots that wake you up all night
It was dirty
Mcdonalds(wifi) subway are close.
Bad neighborhoud. If you have the opportunity to stay else and pay more, do that.
kithcen and bed for double room
there is no fucking lift, after 6 wifi, they do not clean any fucking room. shower for small people, unfriendly stuff, and strange region,
