The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent with a metro stop a few steps away, fabulous shopping and cafes nearby, and a wonderful big window in my room making me feel part of Paris. The elevator was only big enough for baggage but that was alright because i was on the second floor and didn't have to lug luggage. |

It is very simple, but the location and the staff are really good. Jalil (hope it's right) is professional, lovely and very, very helpful. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms were clean. The location was convenient for visiting the main attractions. The lift was extremely small so wouldn't have been suitable for large people or people with disabilities. The breakfast was very basic. |

Great location very close to Blvd Hausmann and Rue la Fayette - close to two metro stops, the Opera and the big department stores. Also close to other Paris attractions with a bit of a longer walk (15min+). Staff friendly and helpful about services and facilities in the area. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord. Hotel offers good value for Paris. The carpets in my room could have done with replacing. Having to pay separately for breakfast (eur6) - thought that was included in the rate. |

Hotel has a very good location. It's possible walking to center fast and comfortable. Gare du Nord is located about 10 minutes walking, it's a very convenient to stay at this hotel if you are going to travel by train to Belgium or The Netherlands. I had only one problem when I had stayed in this hotel, wi-fi did not work in my room. I had lived at 7 floor, may be that was cause of problem. to tune up wi-fi |

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy, well presented and clean, with an especially comfortable bed and large windows looking out onto the street. The bathroom was of good quality and clean. All in a very quaint hotel with great staff, well worth the money |

Location is good ..next to MTR and walking distance to Opera and shopping area near by.. Staff can speak English.. Lift is too small.. and check in time is so late 2pm. |

Location, everything is easily accessible from the hotel especially with the bus stop directly outside the hotel. The size of the lift, pretty small is not the word. It was not ideal to get me, the mrs and all our bags up in 3 seperate trips. Other than that the hotel is ok. |

Reception is very kind and helpful. Metro is around the corner. Clean. Bed is comfortable. Room is very small and has not enough space for personal belongings. Furniture a bit old but still in working condition. Window is not sound-proof. Breakfast is extremely basic - typical French style. |
