The hotel staff were very helpful, I am very grateful to them. The hotel location is excellent, very close to 2 metro stations, as well as suitable for taking a walk to most of central tourist sites and shopping center. The noise from street can be annoying at summer, when you want to keep your window opened (there is no air conditioning). The sound isolation between rooms is not complete, but is good enough.

The hotel located in very good place, near metro station and shopping area. only thing what i didnt like, was that in the morning when we checked out the personal couldnt do the card payment and they tooked the payment twice (in my account and then in my husband account) and now i have to wait when i get my money back. So my suggestion is, pay there in cash and you dont have any problems!

The location is fantastic!!! This is my second time staying here, and would stay again. Whilst it may not be the fanciest hotel, it is in a great location. Close to Shops, Metro, Opera Building and only a 20mins gentle stroll to the Louvre. The staff have excellent english and are very helpful. The rooms are basic but the beds are very comfortable. The 1st floor was currently being decorated whilst we were there, so we imagine the entire building was getting a facelift. We didn't bother with breakfast as it is only pastries and coffee/tea neither of which we like for breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. The breakfast is only basic pastries and coffee/tea. As my mother is allergic to wheat and doesn't drink tea/coffee this was no good for us. Basic cereals even would be nice.

Nothing worth remembering really. Nothing special here. Just sleep. No wifi although it's stated in the website. You can never log into it. Staff couldn't help. I guess they deliberately shut the internet? The smallest lift in the world perhaps, only carry 1 person! 2 person must squeeze. And the hotel has 7 floors. Staff has no smile no enthusiasm. The shower wasn't comfortable either. Water splashing and wetting the floor. And it isn't cheap.

Superb location, friendly and helpful staff, spotless bathroom, simple yet delicious breakfast of fresh croissants. I chose this hotel for the location and price, the free wi-fi and safe facilities. The mini bar, meant that I would have a cool place to store fruit juice. Whilst the accommodation may not be luxurious, it is far more than adequate for a very pleasant short stay. The twenty-four hour reception, and the fact that the area seems to be a reasonably safe one, meant that I could be out late and wander home on foot, without feeling the need to use a taxi. I would recommend this hotel, and hope to return as soon as I find another discounted package, via one of the booking services. ...Perhaps the bedspread could have done with a wash..... Either that, or it was old and didn't wash well....... The mattress, too, could do with replacing, for it developed a dip in the middle... And not due to me, for I'm a petite, person...

The location of the hotel is great. The Metro is very close and there are plenty of places to eat near by. The hotel is very noisy. You can hear the elevator every time it is used. Also, it is a good thing that we are not tall - the bed was very short. The room we were in definitely needs to be up dated. The paper is peeling off the walls, the carpet is stained and there is paint peeling in the bathroom.

It was friendly, the staff were ready to answer questions. The location was not as it sounded from the description. I have difficulties in walking.' But if you plan the metro trips, it is o key as the metro is just 50 meters away.

I arrived in Paris without my luggage. The staff went out of their way to contact the airline to trace my luggage and to suggest places to buy cheap new clothes. I haven't come across such helpful hotel staff ever. The hotel's location is perfect, 15 minutes walk from Louvre, 30 minutes from Sacre Cuoer, 5 minutes from the opera (the Metro is quicker if you don't like walking).

I enjoyed the convenience and location of the Hotel. It was near almost everywhere, perfect for walking if you don't like the Metro much. All the different receptionist I met were friendly and knowledgeable. The district at night is rather safe and quiet. It's certainly not cheap, for the rooms we are getting. Although the rooms and toilets were clean, they were really old. I think the rooms and hotel in general needs an upgrading soon. There were no air cons in the room but there was a small fan, good enough for decent ventilation but I won't probably be back during mid-summer. I won't complain much about the small lift as there is nothing much the hotel can do about it I guess (it's a unique experience on its own).

Central location with easy access to all tourist attractions, very friendly staff, clean rooms with towels changed daily. We had a room that faced onto the central void within the building, and the early morning smokers (6.30am) fumes would always drift straight into our room. Windows were open all night because of the warm conditions. We are staunch non smokers. Not bad, just annoying.
