Arriving from Australia 1 hour before check in time, given a map and sent out the door when all you want to do is sit down somewhere. Not easy to coordinate arrival times when travelling such long distances. Felt like an inconvenience to hotel.
Friendly staff. Very well located (Central Paris, major shops, sights eg Opera, Louvre, Seine within walking distance, v.near Metro) Old fashioned, small hotel. Good value, for rate paid through bookings.com. Appreciated having (small) fridge, safe, and access to wifi.
the receptionists are all amazing, they all speak English and they're all very helpful and very accommodating. Special mention to Fred, Zaid and Gallil as they're the one I have always encountered..they really made a big difference. The location is very convenient as it is near the metro station and always Galeties Lafayette. The wifi is also super and works good all the time even if my room is on the 6th floor... Thank you very much, I have felt safe and relaxed in the whole 6nights that I have stayed in the hotel.
For the price that I have paid I should not expect too much, but it is worth mentioning that for someone who is sensitive with noise, this place is to be avoided. You can hear and fell the bang of each doors that opens and closes.. My room was next to German ladies room, they go back to their room late and this is when am already sleeping, am woken up when they open their door and hear them laughing and talking the whole night, as if am in the same room with them.
Location is excellent & Staff was really friendly
Very small rooms, Wi-Fi was very slow during 5 days stay there
The metro and bus facilities were very close to the hotel, made life easy for any traveller. The roissy bus to the airport was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It had all the basic needs any hotel should have. I had no problems
There was only one English news channel, and the wifi was not very stable
Excellent location. Wifi is open but slow.
Don't be frighten by the tiny lift. If you have many luggages, don't choose this hotel. One stuff was rude to my parents when they were waiting for me in the reception for check out because my parents don't speak English and could not reply him. But other stuffs were nice. There is no AC in the room. One room we got was in the attic and it was terrible. It was tiny and extremely hot even in the midnight. One of the three plugs in the room was broken.
Staff are really helpful and friendly. Lovely hotel with convenient location, it only takes 3 minutes walk to the nearest train station.
Free WiFi is not so steady at high floor, but at lobby is quite good.
Friendly welcome Ease of check-in Location Price Linen change
Heat Noise from street
I like the staff and how they were able to arrange ahead of time an alternative hotel for us to stay in for the first night (at the same rate) after the room left available was still being fixed. It seemed they really valued us. They even apologized for the Paris rain! The staff were well informed about Paris and where to go! Great job!
The elevator going up was a tad small and required a couple of trips but going up and down. The stairs was nice alternative!
Value for money in the city. Everything is in a walking distance and metro round the corner. Excellent helpful staff. Breakfast filling our needs. Small hotel gets you to the atmosphere.
No kettle/too small, not enough space and expensive.
The hotel staff was really nice. I could change rooms because i wanted a bathtub. Also the location is amazing, mostly walked during my three day stay in Paris. Would really recommend this hotel and will surely book a room here the next time i'm in Paris.
Staff and location
elevator/lift very tiny and polution from street
Location of the hotel
The interior of room 724 etc 7th floor
The location is super.
Some rooms were too small and the beddings were too worn out. Breakfast was meagre with only bread. They should have other options like pancakes, omelettes, etc
Good location, renovated rooms, clean hotel
Thin walls, small elevator
The location is great - near subway stops, restaurants and stores. We needed to ring the attendant to enter the hotel - making it more secure.
I would not want to stay there in the summer - no air conditioning. The elevator was the size of a coffee table, too small to hold a person with their luggage.
I would like more coziness and comfort in the rooms
-Breakfast was very limited, but enough for the money paid. -Near many restaurants, shops, metro, and taxis. -Had 24-hour service for hotel lobby.
-Very small lift & thin walls. -Street-side room had so much noise, couldn't sleep. -Found cheaper parking a few blocks away. -I would look for a different hotel if I came back to Paris.
Convenient location for getting a tour bus. The desk clerk who checked us in was very helpful.
Rooms were smaller than we had anticipated.
the location was supberb
Nothing for what we paid I have no negative comments at all
The staff were scruffy & unshaven The room telephone was broken The shower had no pressure The shower head was miniscule The bed slid round the wooden floor The lift was ridiculously small
Friendly staff. Good location.
Wi fi working very badly (don't count on it).
The location is good. Near metro and shopping malls.
The elevator is very small only fits two people. The staff is not that friendly compare to other hotels. Maybe it is because we speak English rather than French. One day we came back from outside, the lady who cleaned our room forgot to lock the door. Lucky nothing is missing, but it is still an unpleasant experience.
