Tiny rooms and can be really noisy (especially if you're sensitive)

Hotel placed near the Metro station so you need only 10 minutes and you will be near Hotel Les Halles and Notre Dame. Free WiFi and clean rooms. 24H receiption and kind staff.

Breakfests are expensive, rooms so small and street is too noisy. The price may be chipper for this room, but sometimes it is the best offer in Paris.

The staff is very nice, also location is perfect, just 5 meters from metro.

Everyday, we have to bus & clean the table before use at breakfast. Buffet brkfst but you have to ask for the food & coffee because nobody is refilling them. &Amp; you have to wait 15 min. For your food because the maid had to be called 1st.

Very Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Extremely close to metro station, grocery stores. Basic hotel, but clean and everything works properly. Fully satisfied.

Excellent location in a nice quarter of Paris, Metro station is just outside. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would recommend this place, thank you staff & owners!

Most comments are about the very tiny lift, it is true but this shouldn't stop anyone from staying here.

It was a nice, clean room. The hotel is located very close to the metro station. Good value for money.

Dirty, totally out of city. Hotel is run down and no lighting at the corridor. Worst hotel I've ever stayed.

Elevator out of order and our room was on 4th floor.

-Located in the charming Belleville area a few metres from the metro station (Jourdain, max 15 minutes from e.g. Chátelet station) and a couple of hundred metres more from the superb Parc des Buttes Chaumont. -Boulangeries, fromagerie, wine shop and a super market just around the corner for you to pick up goodies for a lovely breakfast in the park. -Lots of restaurants from all over the world in the vicinity. -Reasonably sized room with big enough safe for your valuables (small laptop or iPad + dslr-camera fits in nicely if you need to leave your camera behind) -Free in-room wi-fi -Helpful staff

-The room might get quite hot in summer (July) and it didn't automatically include a fan even though the room info states otherwise (although the staff fixed us one upon request). -The elevator is really tiny but if you can't fit in two persons and a suitcase you should ask your self a question: Should I loose some luggage or some weight.

Not much of a choice at the breakfast buffet. I found eggs only 1 of 3 days, no salad or vegetables, poor selection of ham and cheese.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was just right for us and very close to the Metro. The price was excellent. It was comfortable 'enough'. Certainly not a luxurious hotel, but given the price that wasn't expected. Within walking distance of the hotel there are numerous cafes with very good food and drinks. The neighborhood is comfortable, everyone was friendly.

Nothing really comes to mind as far as 'negatives' as long as you have realistic expectations that this is not a luxurious hotel.

The location is incredible, just close to a Metro station which takes you to the city center in 15min. The area is not problematic also. Relation quality/price really high compared with other hotels in Paris.

The subway is just around the corner. There is a small fridge in the room and there is a great supermarket nearby.

The elevator barely fits one person, the rooms are unconfortable with stiff beds and flat pillows. The overall feeling of the place is old and cheap. Belive it or not there is a 2 star sign at the entrance...

In a area of Paris that is not full of tourists and therefore the prices in bars and restaurants are not rip-off. The Metro station is only a couple of yards away so to get into cental Paris only takes 15-20 mins.

Hotel Staff is always willing to help everybody, so friendly and nice. The Metro station (Jourdan) is really in a few steps from Hotel entry - very convenient! A lot of stores (including a big grocery mall) and restaurants just around a corner (2-6 minutes walking)!!

I was not satisfied about a bathroom - too small, but anyway it was good place to stay (for good price!).
