Friendly staff, good location, perfect for price/value if you're out all day.

Free internet access, and no charge to leave luggage for the day after checking out of the hotel. There was a lift that worked, the bathroom was lovely and clean, and the environment was peaceful and quiet so that I got a good night's rest.

50 meters from the metro (Jourdain-line 11), cheap and basic hotel. I didn't have the breakfast, because on the opposite side of the street there's a wonderful shop of any kind of bread and a bar for coffee. Quite clean, staff nice and avaliable 24/7. There's a little coffee machine and vending machine for water and soft drinks. Towels are changed everyday, they clean the room everyday (also doing the bed). My triple room was little, but fine to sleep and take a shower. Bathroom was very clean.

Jourdain is 6 stops from Chatelet station (10 minutes). So it's not in downtown, but if you want to save some money it's a great solution.

We had a couple of maintenance issues with our room that were not followed up on that we ended up fixing ourselves. Hotel is located over a bar that is very roudy and loud.

I am a very easy to please traveler. I just need a clean bathroom, clean sheets, and a room conducive to a good night's sleep. By 6:00 in the morning I was on the Internet looking for a new hotel.

The area of town is far from the city center. I was prepared to travel each day for a reduced hotel rate, but I didn't expect homeless people sleeping in the churchyard across the street. There is no air conditioning so you must sleep with the windows open. This means you hear people at the bar until 2am and trucks on the street by 5:30, and that was a Saturday morning! There are few places to eat late at night, and the neighborhood does not feel safe. A local man asked us "what people from Oregon think of this part of Paris.". He clearly knew something we didn't know. In short, spend more money and enjoy your trip to Paris!

Exxelente ubicación en un barrio no túristico, tranquilo, multi-étnico y, sobre todo, muy bien comunicado con el centro (estación de metro Jourdain a 20 metros de la pueta del hotel, directo al centro por la línea 11, a menos de 10 minutos de Chatelet). Habitaciones correctas, muy limpias, igual que el baño, sábanas, toallas, etc... . Neverita muy práctica en la habitación, televisión de plasma muy util para ver informativos metereológicos.... La mayoría exteriores, con vistas a una iglesia y una plaza. Personal muy atento y servicial, que en general no hablan otro idioma que francés (algunos un poco de inglés), pero no supone ningún problema si tu sabes cuatro cosas básicas. El día de regreso guardaron nuestro equipaje despues de dejar la habitación, pues nuetro avión salía por la tarde. Desayuno corecto, con precio razonable (se paga aparte de la habitación). Una gran ventaja: justo al lado del hotel tienes un bar-restaurante-bistrot donde puedes cenar (cocina abierta hasta las 24:00), tomar una copa o lo que quieras, con muy buen ambiente y donde también son muy amables. También un café justo al lado de la puerta y un montón de tiendas de todo tipo (comestibles, supermercado, frutería, panadería, pastelería...), así como otros restaurantes a cuatro pasos del hotel en este barrio animado y de ambiente popular muy parisino. En resumen, para nosotros fue una gran elección y una excelente opción en cuanto a relación calidad-precio, si no quieres gastar una barbaridad y tener unas condiciones muy aceptables en un hotel en al que íbamos a descansar después de largos días (una semana) de caminatas y visitas por París.

Tamaño de la habitación un poco justo, armario ropero también algo pequeño (pienso que es una constate en hoteles de esta categoría y precio). Ten en cuenta que no tiene aire acondicionado y que si tienes que tener las ventanas abiertas hay algo de ruido (terraza del bar- bistrot que cierra tarde, motos, tráfico habitual en una ciudad, sobre todo por la mañana...). No es ningún problema si las ventanas están cerradas, pues son modernas y con buena insonorización.
