Das Rezeptionspersonal sprach ausschliesslich französisch und war nicht in der Lage sich meinen geringen französischen Sprachkenntnissen anzupassen - sprachen also viel zu schnell. Darüberhinaus ist der Weg vom Stadtzentrum zum Hotel im Dunkeln etwas unangenehm - dunkle Gassen in Bahnhofsnähe.

The staff were very helpful. All aspects of our room were good or very good. It was clean, quiet and was a pleasant stay for the one night we were there. We would re-book this hotel if we returned to Lyon.

Very clean, convenient location for the price (easy to find if you are driving; easy access to local metro and bus - 10 min walk to the Central train station), friendly staff, modern bathroom, free parking close by, modern facilities, value for money, caters to non-smokers and smokers. There are hotels closer to the centre of Lyon than Inter Hotel Axotel Perrache, but they are overpriced (the centre of Lyon is pretty dead anyway). Overall an excellent stay.

The rooms are small. Would be good to have a fan to help cool the room during the Summer months. There are not many alternative restaurant/food options or convenience stores in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (they are a 5-10 min walk away.)

We found the staff to be not as helpful as they could be, and were annoyed that we were unable to check into a room until 3 especially when we had arrived at 2pm and had been driving all day (ie the hotel did not appear to be full, so we were suprised that there was not a room available that we could check into) The staff at the restaurant were not very welcoming when we asked to see a menu.

I would have liked an ice bucket/ice machine or refridgerator.

The Hotel was easy to find, easy parking on the street. The rooms are a little small but are very clean and quiet. The walking distance from the old city is about 25 minutes but not a hard walk.

The hotel was located far from the central. They don't have a parking space. We had to park in the open space, which had a lot of used condom scattered around and rubbish. We felt very dangerous and left in the early morning next day.

Free wifi, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, easy parking outside. Good access to restaurants nearby.

Hotel is in the process of renovation and the noise from the machinery prevented me from working in the morning. There was also a very full, very smelly ashtray in my room when I arrived. Staff immediately offered me another room.

Room was fairly large, recently remodeled, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll stay here again next time we're in Lyon.

Location close to Perrache. 'Hotel' menu in restaurant was good value. One of very few hotels in Lyon available at this time.
