The staff were excellent and gave my group a good welcome This is our fourth visit as a group I am only sorry that my age now prevents another return but I am sure that when the CHARYBDIS ASSOCIATION returns to Perros that it will be to the Mercure This was the 70th Anniversary of the sinking and the survivors are now 89 and more The relatives will continue to visit the Charybdis PLAQUE whenever possible using the Mercure hotel in Perros small lift

Excellent breakfast, Great location, Charming staff Decor is starting to get a bit dated. Rooms with balconies have a grotty view over courtyard.

Apart from experiencing some difficulty in locating the hotel, the hotel met all our requirements. The room was very comfortable, breakfast facilities were really good and the parking facility was convenient. Just the difficulty in locating the directional signasge.

Brilliant position right next to beach although our room did not have sea view. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Light, bright, good sized room, though quite noisy as facing street. Excellent price.

Bed is small for doubles one chair only for two persons cleaning materials are always for one person Beds and sheets no help when big group arrive with so many lagages parking is with charges though all surrounding area is free

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff close to the sea front. Plenty of free parking opposite. Breakfast was rather expensive for a simple continental.

Rien à redire : très propre, accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner (peut-être un peu cher ... mais de bonne qualité et beaucoup de choix). Une seule petite chose : un petit réfrigérateur aurait été le bienvenu.

*La situation géographique *la bonne volonté du personnel *Devoir réclamer des compléments d'accessoires de salle de bain *le buffet de petit déjeuner pas renouvelé et cher pour la prestation *n'a pas le niveau 3* *un lit ,qui n'est pas d'appoint ,sans éclairage dans une chambre pour 3 :impossibilité de remédier à ce problème sous prétexte de travaux en fin d'année !

Le calme du hors saison Le tarif promotionnel La propreté et le soin apporté au remplacement des consommables (savon, papier toilette...) Les petits plus de la chambre supérieure (balcon, bouilloire et sachets de cafés) L'accueil ouvert 24/24h Les deux formules "petit déjeuner" trop chères donc dissuasives (la mention "gay-friendly" de la question 3 nous parait particulièrement mal à propos)
