Short walk to beach and bus for train. 1pm wa K to Gare. Train is excellent way to visit Monaco, Nice and Cannes. Rooms are a bit tired, some maintenance is required.

The location is convenient-- five minute walk from the beach. The owner (or manager) of the hotel was rude and disrespectful. We had a few friends over to our room around 7 pm, despite the fact that all of us left at 9 pm to go out to dinner for a friend's birthdaz, he threatened to charge us for an extra room and for "keeping other guests awake." Furthermore, not only did he make these ridiculous accusations, he did not attempt to speak with us about the alleged infractions. Instead, he simply started yelling at us. Not exactly the best service.

Hotel is in a 1920s building, rooms are nothing special, just fine. Husband and wife are running the place, great service with a very nice personal touch, free wifi, good parking facility (behind a closed gate). gr.Bart

Small cozy family hotel located in a quiet area, yet still close to beach Hotel in state of disrepair. Bathroom was placed as a new "room" of partition walls inside an existing room, and badly constructed. Very little room inside the room, and bed was uncomfortable.

Nice garden and lobby with direct sun. Fair location to visit Juan-les-Pins. WiFi. Parking. Some point of the wall in the room were crumbled. The bathroom is too small. The wall to wall carpet seems dirty

hotel pres du centre et surtout parking ferme pour voiture hotel vraiment vieux beaucoup de choses a refaire et surtout en hiver pas assez chauffe. besoin d'un chauffage d'appoint dans la salle de bains sur reclamation de notre part. Aux prix pratiques inadmissible

“The location was excellent - only a few minutes from the railway station and not many more from the restaurants and the beach. Given its central location it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We had a balcony and it was especially relaxing to sit there at night sipping our wine. Madame and Monsieur were exceptionally friendly and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Our room, although not posh, was good, with everything we needed and it was cleaned and bedding and towels changed very frequently.
