The layout of the rooms was great, wonderful space for a family. We had a fabulous view of the Eiffle Tower. The amount of space in the room make it a good value. The design and furnishings were aestitically pleasing. The hotel was very dirty. We stayed on the 17th floor of the Seine Tower and it was filthy and smelled like someone had died in one of the rooms. Our kitchenette had crumbs all over the floor, (we did not eat anything in the room while staying there) the couch cover was filthy (crumbs, lint, hair) that converted to the children's bed. Food stains on the bedroom carpet that could have been easily cleaned. Also, beds were very hard, slept on duvet to get some padding. |

I loved the area where the hotel is situated, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The windows did not open, so the air was not so fresh. |

The fact that is was very well set-up for famalies to self-cater. View of the eiffel tower and river was a nice selling point. Did not like the fact that I had to do my own bed, which was located in the main sitting room, was expecting on of the beds to be a double, but all were singles. Regardig the Television - had every other country channels but No UK channels. |

Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Cleaner came in every day. We were in an upstairs room on the 29th floor so had great views of Paris too. |

The apartment has all the facilities needed for a family with young child.Furthermore a supermarket and metro is all within walking distance. The reception was not too friendly. |

The location of the hotel is really great. It's not the first time we stay there and we enjoy it every time. We had three problems with the room. The one was that there were no blanckets for the second bed... We asked and they gave us blanckets for simgle bed so we had to ask again. the second was that there wasn't a toilet brush in the bathroom. We stayed three days, we asked for one and we didin't get any until the day we left. And finally it was the first time we stayed in a room with the view of the Seine and not tou Tour Eiffel. It was smaller than the others and we didin't expect that. 4 people were a little crowded there, it;s not the same thing at the other side. |

It was fine, I wouldn't rush back to the hotel. It was ok. No window, no balcony, no DVD player. It was close to a Metro - but this was closed therefore we were not as close to a metro as we thought. |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful- location has good supermarket nearby. The rooms were well-finished and well-kept with all basic facilities and the beds were comfortable. The inability to open windows and get fresh air- air-conditioning a bit noisy at times. |

I liked the style, colours and furntiure of the apart as well as the great view and that is modern. yes, the air conditioning was not effective and everyone had difficulty sleeping due to this as well as we were there for 4 nights and would expect that after two, that there would be some free cleaning done. |
