Liked the space of the unit. Good view of the city and tower Clean Quiet Good location

no WiFi was a problem The internet room was inadequate. Would suggest the addition of a WiFi room down stairs this would help overseas visitors

-stayed in 4 ppl room (though there is only me and my wife) so that i can get eifell tower view fron the room.it was great,we can see eifel from window in kitchen as well as from bath room. -complete facility in kitchen(cutlery,microwave,dishwasher,etc) -clean bath room

-the bed in the main bed room is small and too thin so its not that comfortable -there is free internet but onky wired lan.no wifi!! -the folded bed at tv room is somewhat not that good.though it looks clean but we always feel itchy when we sit or try to slep there.it looks like it was not clean properly -there are 3 metro statjon around.but its quite some distance especially if u have alot of luggage

the location. very close to many attractions.

staff, comfort, facilities, lack of clean, noise. we could hear a lot of noise from room above. Staff failed to keep it quiet. complained about 10 times. the noise was in both nights until 5am from same room. and nothing was done to keep it down. the night staff said they couldn't do anything, just send security which they would laugh about and continue the noise. dreadful. will never come back or recommend.

We had a gorgeous view to Eiffel Tower. Good location only 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower.

lovely view of eiffel tower and mont panasee. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa cum bed was a good engineering design. Cleaning team did a good job

No wifi. Only cable internet was a limitation. Safe box was kept at a very inconvenient place. Carpet in the bedroom could have been more clean. Need more cartoon and english channels for kids and international travelers. Lighting need to be more bright. Would have preferred a standing shower than the tub as it saves water. While booking the room, they billed me twice which reduced my credit limit till it was cleared after a week or so

Location was very good. About a 15 min walk from the Eifil Tower. Get the vire of the tower all the while you walk from / towards the hotel. Bir Hakeim metro station on the way. Most exciting find was that the bus 42 stops very close to the hotel - this bus provides the best of the sight seeing spots on its way. Kitchen was very convenient - breakfast and cooking food for the children was very helpful. Our room was on the top floor - 31 - with the best view of the city (it was a pity that we did not get the room with the Eifel tower view). There is a small grocery store near by which provides the needed things for the morning and night (it is open until very late in the night).

If the staff can be more polite and helpful that will be more satisfactory. The area looks lonely after the evenings and we found very less or no people at all while walking from the station during the nights which was a bit scary.

the room has everything, clean, but one of the receptionists was a bit rude, the security personal is very kind.

Great location, close to everything needed like metro, supermarket, etc. The rooms are cozy and very clean.

It would be nice to have wireless in the room.

The Hotel is not far from the Eiffel Tower and only about 15min walk. Is handy to large shopping centre so you can go and purchase food and supplies to load up the fridge and pantry. Was 3 minute walk to the metro and we used this to sight see all over Paris. Rooms were big and felt very homely.

We asked for anon smoking room and when we opened the door it was very over-whelming with smoke odour and wasn't nice. There is really no place to park out the front and off load your luggage, there is no trolleys for luggage, no wi fi in the room.

The view and the room was fine.

That a lot of arab people was hanging around and inside the hotel - do not think they were guests. Also I did not like that the pool was closed.

The accomadation was clean with excellent mod-com. Bed was comfortable and rooms were nicely arranged. One elevator was out of commission which made travel to and from the 21st floor a bit tiresome. Staff were very accomadating and were able to use English when necessary.

My only complaint (which seems to be alleviated this morning) was being billed twice for the accomadation . However we will see!!!!!

Toilet kept on blocking and it wasn't fixed permanently. Tablet didn't work in my room. It should be mentioned on your web site that tablet will not work. One computer without mouse and no nobody bothered to give us another mouse. My yahoo mail and other mails didn't work on the pc'S. Really hopeless. Will not stay again.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Location was perfect a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The view from my room on 16th floor was incredible at night with the tower. The hotel and room was spotless and clean .

You feel like at home. Close to grocery shops, you buy your type of food and cook it at your mini apartment.

We were there for four days, but no cleaning took place, I guess we did not put any sign out!

I didn't like how the breakfast was organized. The lack of hot meals Lack wi fi is a big disadvantage, because of which it is impossible to recommend your hotel to my friends

Baby bad and feeding chair in our room. Great location: 7 minutes to Tour Eiffel, 5 minutes to Metro station. There is a kids playground nearby and many not expensive French restaurants.

We got the room without Eiffel view. Very small room with convertible bed.

Good size apartment with two single beds for children. Close to supermarkets and some restaurants.

Waiting time for lift too long - high rise building so needed to use. One lift not working for duration of stay. The corridors in the hotel were dark and dismal and lighting in the apartment not good. Requested Eiffel Tower view many months ago but did not get this. River Seine was also a good view but the windows of the hotel very dirty so could hardly see out. Located in residential area rather than tourist area. A further walk to the metro than anticipated from descriptions. At least 10 minutes depending on speed.
