Location, 10 min walk from two different subway lines and very close to Statue of Liberty replica. Kitchenette. Value for Money. The hotel sells the eiffel tower view, but people should be aware that only max 25% of rooms will in fact have the view. When booking at Adagio, assume you will NOT get the view unless guaranteed by hotel. Another negative point is windows not opening at all, not even one inch.

The room and hotel were very clean. The apartment was fairly roomy for a family of 4 (kids 6 and 8) with a week's worth of luggage, toys and books, and had lots of storage space. The beds were very comfortable, and with the curtains closed, the rooms were very dark at night and quiet. The hotel is located about 3 minutes from a well-stocked supermarket, and about 5 minutes from a metro station. A few good restaurants/cafes/bakeries nearby. Kitchen roomy enough to prepare and eat basic meals. It seems to be one of the few hotels in Paris with a heated indoor pool, which has good opening hours. The hotel is a bit out of the way of the major attractions of Paris (in the 15th arrondissement. However, with the convenience of a metro station nearby, this is a minor point. More importantly, especially for allergy sufferers and for those with any kind of pulmonary conditions, we found the air quality in the hotel to be quite poor. Not sure why - but it was always very dusty, and too warm, no matter how low we set the temperature. We travelled with another family - 9 of us altogether, in two different apartments on separate floors. And we all had issues with breathing, although none of us suffers from allergies. Not a huge point, but definitely something to consider for anyone with breathing difficulties. The pool is small.

I was on holiday with 3 kids and wife, what i liked mostly is the panoramic view of Paris and Tour Eiffel was just in front of our apartment window. The apartment was well equipped and well furnished. Staff was helpful There were no Restaurants to eat in inside the hotel. Bus and Metro stations were a bit far considering the kids and baby buggy. The hotel is quite far from downtown.

We booked a one bedroom apartment (1 double and 1 fold-out bed) and were fortunate enough to get a room on the 24th floor looking out over the Eiffel Tower... Spectacular! The apartment was a good size for the family with all the basic amenities. A large supermarket was only 2 -3 minutes walk away on Rue Linois. We were also able to hook-up to Wifi at McDonalds 1 block further down on Rue Linois. Arranged for the Paris Visite pass in advance. It took approx. 1 hr 15 minutes to get from Orly airport to the hotel via OrlyVal, RER B (Antony to Denfert Rochereau) and M6 (to Bir-Hakeim). This was off peak so relatively easy to navigate with bags etc. You did however have to negotiate stairs at both the RER stations!

Nothing. No wake up call as planned from the previous night. When I asked reception why the next morning he just laughed at us . We got to the plane with 5 minutes to spare . No ventlation in the " apartment " . Vacum cleaner did not work , walls in the bedroom needed a wash . Could not sleep with the heat. People in Prison were having a better time than we were . The Adagio Tour Eiffel should re think its policy . Its hell holes like this that gives the wonderful city of Paris a bad name . . Terry Nealon Ireland

It's the worst hotel during my two-week holidays in Europe. Very uncomfortable. It's not clean and smelly in toilet. The value is far below the price.

I've enjoyed paris, but can't say the same for the hotel. wouldn't stay here again. the hotel is located in a very dodgy, not tourist friendly street. also away from all the "action". I did not feel safe returning this place late at night. Also the size of the room was very small and not in line with the price. In addition to this the fact that the rooms are not cleaned every day, i consider a major flaw. Also, 13 EURO for a very limited breakfast is very expensive while getting very little in return.

The location of the hotel to the Metro was a nice convince. The hotel double charged me and did not seem to care. It was my responsibility to find a computer that would print out my bank statement. The hotel did not clean the Room during the 6 day stay. the trash cans provided in a room for three were very small so trash was spilling over after a couple of days. Each day we had to go to the front desk and pick up clean towels at the desk. One day they were out of towels so we could not bathe. The toilet paper was never replaced. We had to pick it up at the front desk when we needed more. The hotel staff acted like were asking for things that we should have brought with us. We were told we could use the laundry but when we went to use it the machines were broken and not working. We are very disappointed in our stay at this hotel and will never use it again.

Having a kitchen and fridge in the room was great. Location was close to Eiffel. We could walk everywhere. We had a view of the Eiffel which is great, but there was a huge building in front of the view (which is not reflected on the photos when you check the website). It was a little bit of false advertisement.

The whole idea of an apartment is a brilliant idea when travelling as a group in particular as Paris is very expensive.. The prices were affordable and the supermarket on the door stop makes it a very attractive proposition. The one bedroom apartment was ideal for us .. we were a group of three.. And there was plenty of room.. The beds were comfortable.. The cooking facilities were excellent with fridge, dishwasher etc.. the Flat tv and its channels were a bonus. Our room had a view over the Eiffel tower .. so that was great.. The staff were very helpful.Great that they can organise taxis..the secure left luggage room is a brilliant idea .. The only thing about the apatment is th epoor lighting, really difficult to do one's hair or put make-up on or to see what one looks like before going out.. For us this was a real down side. I wished we had a taken a torch.. It was just so dark.. Something booking.com could recommend to its trravellers as well as make-up mirror..

The view from the room 1) They don't clean your room unless you stay over 7 days. 2) The room was dirty on the day of arrival. 3) We had to wait 45 min to receive the room. 4) The hotel charged the full stay amount upon check in !!! 5) the stuff are extremely not friendly and part of them are simply rude, when we asked for additional towels they requested us to come down to the lobby to pick it up!!! 6) One night the next room started a noisy music at 3am in the morning, when we called the reception it took them 30-45 min to handle the situation. All of us including 2 young kids waked up at 3am and couldn't sleep for the rest of the nigh - the next day was terrible as all were so tired - we simply lost a day (out of 4 in Paris). When I complained to the manager the next morning she answered me that this is a service apartment building and they cannot control the tenets!!!

The Location and it was modern and looked new Yes, Well I book this Hotel for a weekend stay for my 30th Birthday. I made a special note when I booked and phoned before I arrived to say the most important thing about my stay was that I wanted the view of the Eiffel Tower from my Room. At Reception she said I had the view facing the tower and when I got to my room and looked out the windows there was a big fat white block/building in the middle of my dream view. The only place I could see it was in the far right hand corner of the room with my face up on the wall and corner window. I was very disapionted! And they said that was it a I couldn't move. I will not stay here again.

Location was good. The ability to cook own meals was very cost efficient, which came with a complimentary starter pack which was very good. The beds came out of the wall for space etc but the mattress was a bit to firm and uncomfortable for me and my partner to sleep on. Also there was a lack of fresh towels.

The spaciousness of the apartment compared with a cramped hotel room. The views were nice though the windown in my room was shattered so I could only see some of the Eiffel Tower. The location is ok, if you decide to go for a walk behind the hotel as there are many quaint shops and sights. The linen smelled of strong body odour. They need to use stronger cleaning methods for their pillows, sheets and quilts as the smell was awful even after we requested new items - they smelled just as bad. The lighting is poor in the lounge room. The shattered window in my room, the some what arrogant front desk staff (the manager was nice though - Bassem I think). The hotel is located under a bridge so not the most attractive location.

we got what we wanted. I emailed the hotel prior and asked for a view.. it was likely that we'd get a room with a view of the eiffel tower... but we did... and I'm grateful that the adaigo granted our wish. :) You forget the price once you see the eiffel tower through the window. The location is good and only walking distance to the lightrail and eiffel tower. There's no breakfast included... but there's a cafe nearby (next to the lightrail) that serves delicious savoury crepes for breakfast! nothing... we got what we wished for... thank you adagio! :)
