They offer the possibility to use a fitnesscenter/Gym, but it was closed the whole week. That means you pay for something, they don´t have.I don´t think that´s ok. |

They did not have the room we had asked for and they automatically upgraded us to a full bed room and full living room+kitchen. The place was clean, modern and very comfortable. No complaint at all. Had also free internet and computers at lobby, close to a few metro and train stations. Just a few minutes’ walk to Eifel tower. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, could speak several languages each. The view from the 27th floor was amazing. |

Close to the Eiffel tower. Some of the staff were not helpful, we asked for a very simple change of kettle in the kitchen as the one in the kitchen was absolutely dirty. It took them 3 days (just one day before the departure)! |

Spacious rooms, new furniture, well equipped kitchen. Nice view, even if not Tour Eiffel. Bed smell coming from the fridge, although it looked clean. |

The apartments are very well appointed and spacious. Staff were pleasant. There was a lack of the little things in the unit which assist a traveller. e.g. there was no salt, pepper or dish cloth. What are we supposed to do - buy these for a few days? The breakfasts are poor value - very little range with cold scrambled eggs and sausages being the only "hot food" |

One of our 2 rooms had a view of the eiffel tour upon request The staff was very rude at times. The hallways and elevators were VERY hot. 2 of the days the hallway smelled like sewage on our floor. They did remove the garbage after we told them the stench was horrific. For the price... I expected a much higher end decor as well as staff. It was also located in the middle of no where. We were very disappointed. |

The decor and accomodation was lovely. The view was fantastic. It was also quite close to walk to Tower Eiffel(about 15 mins) and to cafes etc. Inflexibility of late checkout, the dust in the apartment, my face was swollen next day because of all the dust. Beds were also very hard. |

Location of the hotel was well siuated, convinient for transport and grocery and restaurants, although we were not aware of all this until few days before we were going home......information should have been offered to us when we first checked in. |

Very convenient location in Paris We had no view of the Eiffel tower and we were promised one! I needed an electronic version of my final bill for accounting purposes. But I have not received a copy yet. Please send that asap. |

Apartments are really nice, clean and there is a nice silence. Really a good deal for families. There was only one lift, In 3 days they did ot repair it (in a 31 floor hotel this is not really acceptable) |

Our view was great. We loved the convenience of having a small apartment instead of a cramped hotel room. There was only one elevator running which clearly was insufficient given the size of the hotel and the number of registered guests. |
