We did not receive our morning wake up call on our check out date. Fortunately we awoke in time to catch our train or you would have to purchase train tickets to Amsterdam for us. My wife badly injured her foot and it needed immediate attention. I asked a member of your security personnel and a member of the Front Desk for an ice pack and no one seemed to care and both indicated they could not |

felt safe, beutiful view, nice people around, very accesible to transportation, metro,bus, taxis. In general very good service, reasonable cost, the studio is very comfortable for two person. stores around, definitibly I will consider this hotel for my next visit. walking distance to the seine, and Eiffel tower. El hotel es bueno, buen servicio, y la mayoria del personal fue muy agradable. the use of the telephone trying to make a international calls using a pre-pay card, confusing, and difficult make the call, then better go to the public phone, is close and worked perfect. |

The staff is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I love the bathrooms, especially the tub and the view is great. The room was nice, comfortable beds and everything was there for a lengthy stay. The pool, sauna and fitness center are awful. Very, very small, cramped and dark. My son described the pool as a shark tank and refused to go in. It still smells of paint and the hallways are very darkly painted. |
