Perfect. Great location. Close to everything, but quiet. Clean. Nice kitchen. Beautiful town. Would recommend.

Parking at a reasonable cost (although in a frighteningly narrow parking building). Quiet location but handy to cafes, restaurants, shops etc.

As many other reviewers had stated in other comments the things that made us decide to stay there was that we were traveling with 2 teenagers and needed a room for 4 and a convienent location in Aix and for this the hotel was great - easy to walk to the main shopping and dinning areas. The rooms are small but comfortable. The beds for the two teenagers with us worked perfectly- the couch converts into 2 beds - a trundle but the low one raises to be normall height- and the girls said they were very comfortable on them. The only real challenges was that the woman above us constantly was moving furniture around and we would hear it through out the morning and evening. The bedroom was tight and hard to get around the bed just getting in or out of the room so if your a large person it could be a challenge. And the parking was very tricky and the garage was very tight. For the money and convience we would stay there again. I like Aix more then some of the other large city's we visited so if your looking for a stay in a city it's a good place.

Nice place to stay in a upbeat, fun city. The hotel is close to the center and driving in and out of town is not a problem. The tiny entrance and path to the covered parking garage is tricky if you are driving a large vehicle. Thankfully, no scratches.

Well designed, well equipped, well cleaned. The best aparthotel I have ever seen.

Wc is in a separate room from the shower/bathtub and there is no water or bidet in the room.

The friendliness of the staff and the apartment layout was excellent. They provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is well located near a large supermarket and within easy walking distance to all shops and the old city. Good value for the money

We had to change rooms, after 1 night as the first room we had could not be cooled. It was like being in a sauna!! The staff were excellent about it and we were able to change.

The location on a quiet street near town, and near a huge supermarket. The property is nicely equipped, and everything seems to be new and well maintained.

I had some problems with premature unauthorized deductions from my credit card, but to the credit of the hotel and booking.com, the situation was satisfactorily resolved, although it took rather longer than I would have liked.The other thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of cleaning services. I stayed at the property for 4 days, and although I had paid the higher non-cancellable rate, I had no cleaning services throughout the my stay - whereas my friends who had booked another room (at a lower rate) for a total of 3 nights, were given cleaning services.

Beautiful Aix! Perfect hotel/apartments! Has everything you need. No more no less.Will definitely stay there (another city probably) again.

The hotel location is close to the centre ville. The room is spacious and clean. Good rapport for prix/quality.
