Adagio City Aparthotel Aix Centre

Although slightly further outside the core old town, the 5 mins extra walk is well worth it. It was in fact perfect given that I was in town over the music festival with lots of young people and very loud music palying in town. I would defiitely stay here again, especially if I were to spend a week or more time in Aix.

I was in for a night stay, so won't be fair to comment on services available.

Only breakfast

Many things actually. Decoration of the appt is very poor. Lift was not working. Soap was not working. They have no hair dryer, even at reception. Plus we discovered that they newly lost a star. It is now a 2-star hotel only, so your webside should be updated.

Self catering facilities reduced costs of stay. On-site parking for a reasonable price was very convenient. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Having a car made travel to villages in the Luberon and towns on the South coast easilt reachable.

Limited English speaking channels on TV. CNN and Sky news became very repetitive. Though that was a very small point.

We had a very sunny bright private and quiet studio as requested. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets & stary skylights. Staff was efficient, courteous & helpful.

No complaints. Suggestions for improvements: 1) one or two fixed ceiling lights to brighten the studio at night time, when needed, 2) 1 to 2 more power outlets for laptops; 3) a slightly larger dining table (also to use as a working table for two persons), if possible. Thank you for asking.

Great location - close to the old city center for the many restaurants & historical buildings.Yet, it was quiet. The hotel was modern & clean and the room was comfortable, and the amenities inside the rooms were more than adequate.

The breakfast at 11 euros per person is a bit steep, for a family of 4, and the overnight parking fees of 10 euros per night is also excessive.

It was convient to the city centre and good value

There was no air conditioning in the appartment and it was very hot while we were there. Further the corridors were shabby , the carpets were stained and there was a bad smell . The breakfast was over priced

The bathroom had seen better days and is in need of an upgrade. Waste from other people's toilets being flushed through the pipe in my bathroom at all hours was distracting. I also did not get to sleep until early in the morning all nights because of noisy children the adjourning rooms. The hotel did try to help but perhaps they need to investigate reducing noise from the hall into rooms
