The hotel is relatively close to the city center and only 3 minutes away from a big supermarket. The little oven was good, there was a dishwasher and price/quality was okay. Not enough toiletpaper and slow internet connection (but for free). |

It was very convenient to the centre of Aix, the apartment had everything we wanted. The carpets on the corridors were in need of attention. |

We chose this hotel because of it's central location since we didn't have a car. It is a short walk to the city center with shops, restaurants & train station. The rooms are in dire need of renovation but we found the room to be large and the kitchenette was a plus. Wifi is free, parking is 10 Euro & breakfast 10 Euro. But with the kitchenette there is no need for the breakfast. Overall it was a good value for the price we paid. The hotel also has 1 coin washer & dryer near the lobby. While the location is convenient, the prices are steep - 5 euro to wash, 2 euro to dry. |

It is right in the centre The garage is very difficult to access with a medium sized vehicle, and one can see it because the walls are full of scars left by vehicles |

The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Aix is expensive so this was good value for money. The self catering facilities are a real bonus. We were allocated a poor room (no.10) on arrival late at night, but this was changed the next morning |

I liked the location. It was very close to the main sights and attractions of Aix en Provence and I enjoyed having a garden to sit in at times. I did not like the frostiness of the staff. They were glacial - not one sign of welcome from any of them. You got the impression they would have preferred if you had stayed at home. I also did not like the facilities or layout of the studio. The lighting was very poor, there were no easychairs or a sofa to sit on, despite the fact it was marketed as a studio and not a hotel room. The windows were very small and high up and one of the blinds did not go up which meant it was always a bit dark inside even when it was sunny outside. Overall the studio was very basic and drab, despite a couple of nice pictures on the walls - the only pleasant bit. |

The staff were very helpful and spoke Spanish as well as English. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic. |

We enjoyed the convenience of the nearby markets, the kitchen facilities, the laundry and location near Marseille airport. The bath tub had black mold around the edges but otherwise was clean. |

Idealy situated within walking distance of the center of Aix but in a very quiet back street. On site parking free WIfi and a well equipped Kitchenette It could do with redecorating and the 'free' Wifi is rather slow |

The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The apartment was well equipped. I would have preferred to have a washing machine for clothes rather than a dishwasher. |

Good location, close to the downtown. Quiet environment. Competitive price and helpful staff. Booked an apartman with separate bedroom - got an apartman with bedroom not closable door because of the bed. |

Although slightly further outside the core old town, the 5 mins extra walk is well worth it. It was in fact perfect given that I was in town over the music festival with lots of young people and very loud music palying in town. I would defiitely stay here again, especially if I were to spend a week or more time in Aix. I was in for a night stay, so won't be fair to comment on services available. |

We liked the integrated kitchen with fridge and cooking stove. Bakery half block down the road for purchasing your baguette. Car park below the hotel at 10€ per night with direct access to the rooms. Quiet rooms and sector. We liked the location within walking distance of the center. We were not used to the concept of no cleaning or sheet change during our 3N stay. |

Only breakfast Many things actually. Decoration of the appt is very poor. Lift was not working. Soap was not working. They have no hair dryer, even at reception. Plus we discovered that they newly lost a star. It is now a 2-star hotel only, so your webside should be updated. |

Self catering facilities reduced costs of stay. On-site parking for a reasonable price was very convenient. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Having a car made travel to villages in the Luberon and towns on the South coast easilt reachable. Limited English speaking channels on TV. CNN and Sky news became very repetitive. Though that was a very small point. |

The location of the hotel was great,it was only a short walk to the centre on Aix but set in quiet street away from the noise of traffic etc We found the place to be very in need of an overhaul. The walls were dirty, the bathroom tiles were grubby and the wardrobe doors were on cheap runners that could not be opened without coming of the runners. The equipment in the flat was of a very poor and cheap standard ,overall a very dingy place and not one you would like to stay in for more than a couple of nights. |
