The location of the apartment block was excellent. Ski in ski out even in April when snow was receeding. The apartment was clean and tidy with dish washer. Double room was a good size for a small apartment.

Only down side in the apartment was not having a full oven. We had a microwave that had a grill facility and as we were only a group of 3 staying 3 nights managed to get by but a full week with full occupancy would have been a challenge. The website suggested that as a short stay we would be able to have access to the apartment early than normal (1400) however reception was closed until 1600 which meant we were hanging around for 2 hours when we arrived. Still a great break though.

We liked the fact that it had all the facilities we needed. The fact that we were able to cook our own meals was of great value. The fact that it had a separate bedroom was great too. It had a good amount of space as well. It was convenient to the grocery store as well.

We did not like the fact that reception was difficult to reach. It was very scary checking in and seeing the reception was closed. Fortunately, we were able to call, but I called off our reservation paper. There was no number at the reception desk to call, if it was closed, which is extremely suprizing! There was not even a phone people could use! We were lucky to get through on our cell., phone, which cost us probably about $30 euros to make the call! We just happened to save another family of 5 with small children from sleeping on the couches! They arrived when reception was closed and had the same issue; except they could not get through on their cell. phone (not at all unusual). We then were able to find our paper with the code and saved them a lot of pain. They had just driven for 10 hours to get there! They were very lucky to meet us. I'm sure this thing happens frequently, so you must do something to get at least a phone at reception so that people can quickly call to check-in. Also, the laundry facility is a problem - because your reception is not open most of the day, we couldn't get the coins we needed to do our wash. In fact, I didn't realize it didn't accept Euros until I read the instructions above the machine. The rest of your signs listed the price, but did not let you know you needed to get tokens from reception. Also, there were SO many people trying to use just one machine, which made it impossible to do any wash at all. I also understand the washing machine did not work well. A few other people we met were not happy about the token thing and the fact that there was only one machine available for so many people.

Immeuble idéalement placé au pied des pistes. Appartement très bien équipé.

Le garage en sous-sol est un peu cher sur la durée du séjour.

Bonne situation, espace suffisant, literie de qualité. La piscine est agréable. Proche de la supérette et de la boulangerie..... Seul bémol, la froideur du personnel.

la proximité des pistes de ski et le soir la piscine; mais les heures d'ouverture trop tard et trop courtes. Donc pas mal de monde!

quand nous sommes arrivés le linge de maison n'était pas complet. Le four micro-onde ne fonctionnait pas.

Les appartements sont bien équipés et très bien agences. L'accueil est bien et serieuse.

Les horaires de départ sont trop tôt ! Il faut partir à 10h si on a encore envie de skier de profiter de la journée, on a pas d'endroit ou se poser pour se changer et éventuellement se faire la toilette.

Situation geographique ideal juste au pied des piste mais mal indique.

Les heures d'ouverture de la reception 8-12h 16-20h trop courte. Nous sommes arrives apres 20h et nous avons mis pres d'une heure a trouver nos clefs et chambre. Les heures d'ouverture de la piscine de 17-19h sont ridicules. 2 heures autant ne l'ouvrir du tout! C'est ridiculement court. On aurait aime en profiter en journée pour éviter le rush après ski.
