The location is very nice. One of the best I have ever seen. Ask for a room at the second or third floor. Otherwise you will be underground. The water in the pool wasn't warm enough. The rooms were small. The towels and the sheets were one per person and you couldn't have another one even you wanted to pay for it.

The location of the apartment block was excellent. Ski in ski out even in April when snow was receeding. The apartment was clean and tidy with dish washer. Double room was a good size for a small apartment. Only down side in the apartment was not having a full oven. We had a microwave that had a grill facility and as we were only a group of 3 staying 3 nights managed to get by but a full week with full occupancy would have been a challenge. The website suggested that as a short stay we would be able to have access to the apartment early than normal (1400) however reception was closed until 1600 which meant we were hanging around for 2 hours when we arrived. Still a great break though.

La possibilité de changer d'appartement avec paiement d'un supplément car celui-ci ne correspondait pas à celui que nous avions réservé sur Booking. L'appartement réservé avec 2 chambres comprenait en fait une chambre adultes de 9 m2 et une soit disant chambre de 6 m2 avec lits superposés qui pour moi correspondait plutôt à un coin montagne ... insuffisant pour 2 adultes.Les lits pas fait à l'arrivée alors que votre site les annonces fait ... Les appartements sont très sales, les peintures des murs sont toutes tâchées, c'est carrément dégueulasse ...

L'accueil est tout simplement excellent, il n'y a pas d'autres mots. Le personnel à toujours une réponse pour la moindre question que l'on puisse se poser.

le cadre et magnifique , pour arriver et pour partir a ski ces vraiment l'idéal nous avion un appartement face au parking très bruillant aucun contrôle et cela jusqu'à une heure du matin, l appartement était froid a notre arriver pas top ,la wifi payante pas terrible

Très bien situé. Appartement confortable et très bien équipé. La piscine a dû être fermée à la moitié de notre séjour après les mauvais résultats des analyses de l'eau. Embêtant quand le choix de la résidence s'est fait en partie sur la présence de la piscine (très belle au demeurant).

La piscine chauffée découverte (qui n'est pas dans la résidence Albane mais celle juste à côté) très agréable et avec une très belle vue. La propreté de la chambre était très approximative: tâches sur la moquette au sol, poussière sur les meubles (à côté du lit superposé) et surtout, mouchoir en papier usagé derrière le canapé-lit. Rhédibitoire!

Situation géographique au pied des pistes. Le personnel incompétent et pas aimable. La route d'accès à la résidence nécessitant l'usage des chaînes pour 50m car non salée ou déblayée.

Les appartements sont bien équipés et très bien agences. L'accueil est bien et serieuse. Les horaires de départ sont trop tôt ! Il faut partir à 10h si on a encore envie de skier de profiter de la journée, on a pas d'endroit ou se poser pour se changer et éventuellement se faire la toilette.

L emplacement , la gentillesse de l accueil , le service prêt de four à raclette , la mise à dispo des draps et serviettes L attente pour avoir la chambre car il y a un pb qd on réservé avec booking : notre nom n apparaît pas et ça à été compliqué pour nous retrouver .

Excellent accueil par l'équipe skiroom juste à côté des pistes place de parking gratuite en bas de l'hotel Peu de couverts (assiettes, couteaux, fourchettes...) ce qui oblige à faire des vaisselles très régulièrement

L'accès sur les pistes direct, le parking couvert, l'équipement de l'appartement. Les lits n'étaient pas faits à notre arrivée à 21h, nous avons du aller chercher les draps à la réception, les heures de fermeture de la réception pendant le Week end, le wifi payant.
