The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check-in promptly even though we were early and offered to keep our bags on the day of departure until we were ready to go home. A good location for getting to the sites, some by walking, others by metro. |

I was really disappointed by this hotel. They did not provide the room we booked through your website. We were supposed to get a room at £300 per night, reduced to £100, and the room they gave us had nothing to do with a high grade room. The pictures of the hotel do not reflect the reality. The hotel is badly renovated, not very clean, and the bin in the bathroom was not empty when we arrived! |

Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee zu trinken nach dem langen Spaziergang. Toll!!! Das Zimmer für 2 Personen ist ein bisschen zu klein und Kopflehne vom Bett hat zu niedrige Konstruktion mit der eingebauten Lampe. Man kann sich verletzen und unbequem zu sitzen und lesen. Das lässt sich bestimmt korrigieren. |
