The location is great, in the middle of everything and few steps away from the Tha Congress center. Well, I can't say there is nothing special about the hotel, rooms are not very clean, reception staff work from 7am to 3pm so if you arriving after 3pm you have to walk to another hotel 100m away from it, you need to re-log in to the inter net every 5 minutes! Just good for budget travellers and maybe business (4 minutes walk from the congress center)

I was a little nervous about staying at this hotel, given the negative reviews, but it turned out to be a nice place. My double room and the bathroom were large, the bed comfortable, it was quiet and clean. The location is in the heart of everything, close to the train station and the beach. Yes, this is a budget hotel -- you can't expect luxury and I think many reviewers have unrealistic expectations. For the price, this is a very good hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel with my elderly mother. We liked everything, I mean the location, comfort, cleanliness and the staff. We met 2 extremely polite and business-like receptionists: Melany and Sandra, who always were ready to help and answer our questions. The location is one of the priviliges of the facility. I don't understand those visiters who wrote that the bathroom is too small. Well, if you want to wash an elephant, I am pretty sure you won't do it. But for people of an average size, it is O.K. We can highly recommend anyone who wants to have great time in Cannes to choose Hotel P.L.M. as their home over there. Thank you again, Hotel P.L.M. Alan, New York, usa

Good location and low price In the reception was a man who didn't know much, didn't know if my card was already charged or not.... And there is no hotel car parking- there is an option, to pay 15 Euro and park far from the hotel, or just leave the car in the train station

Staff were very friendly and in a very good location for local amenities. Decor needed updated and perhaps a little more 'French' looking rather than the standard blue carpet etc. There was no car park or deal made with another car park for cheap parking as we ended up paying 30 euros for 2 nights at the station carpark (one of those was a Sunday which was free until midnight). The buzz and say your room number system should be changed to a type in code system as its safer and there's no feeling bad buzzing someone to open the door at 1 am.

The walls are just useless. I have been awoken every hours thanks to my neighbours... The elevator is too noisy! The single bed is too short.

De locatie is perfect, vlak bij het centrum van Cannes. 100 meter van het station (TGV) en 200 meter van de haven in een leuke, verkeersvrije winkelstraat. Mij kamer was erg gehorig. Naast mij was een stel druk bezig met wat stellen zoal doen en ik mocht 'meegenieten'.

Lage in der Fussgängerzone ist spitze und dadurch auch ruhig. Zu Fuss zum Palais de Congress et Festival keine 5 Min. Mein Zi. Hatte einen franz. Balkon den man im Winter als Kühlschrank benutzen kann. Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Zi. + Bäder mit franz. Balkon und Badewanne sind ziemlich groß. Empfehlung: ein paar eur drauflegen und gleich ins Hotel Tosca gehen, Hotels gehören zusammen und das Tosca scheint noch besser zu sein. Ab ca. 17 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und man muß klingeln damit die Damen und Herren der Rezeption des benachbarten Hotels Tosca aufdrücken. Das Frühstück für 8 eur pro Tag/Pers. War mau, nur Tee, Kaffee, O-Saft, Brötchen, Croissants, Pains de Chocolat, Marmelade und Nutella. Keine Heizung im Bad, nur einen Heizstab der ständig zu früh ausging. Nichtraucher-Zimmer können duftende Raucher-Zimmer sein.

Personnel très disponible et aimable Chambre très claire, propre, décoration reposante Très bons lit, couette et oreiller Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner donc aucun commentaire dessus à faire Hôtel extrêmement très bien situé, au coeur du quartier shopping et restaurants, à deux pas du palais des festivals (conférence) et de la plage S'il est complet, les propriétaires ont un hôtel 3 étoiles juste à côté, le Villa Tosca (que je ne connais pas) Pour moi, rien à redire, c'était parfait Seul petit bémol : lumière pas adapté dans la salle de bain pour se maquiller (ni dans la chambre)
