I have certain significant comments:1. Facility - very poor. Just several facts: 1) We selected the hotel mainly for the location and air conditioner as it was hot in Paris at the time. We paid 200 eur per night for a suit with air conditioner which was actaully not working and when we investigated, we received answer that it is always not working. 2) water runs from the washbowl in our room from the first second of our staying and seems nobody from the hotel tried to repair it. The floor of the bathroom was always wet with a lot of water. 3) The shower cap was not fixed and always fall down to our heads 4) there is only one very small and dangerous spiral stairs in the hotel, and the light on the stairs is controlled by the staff manually and sometimes thus not working during the night. 2. Staff - very rough and unpolite. Just several examples: 1) When we (both girls of 40 kg weight) reached the hotel and found the dangerous stairs, we asked the receptionist (a man of 30 - 35 years) to help us to move our bagage up to the 3rd floor, the answer was: you are quite strong to do it by yourselfs and thus we had to move the bagage from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor (on the booking web site there was no any information about the absence of lift and existence of the so dangerous stairs. 2) When we checked-out, the receptionist turned off the light (by my mind specially) on the stairs so that we had almost falled down with the bagage from the stairs and broken our legs, and did not receive any "sorry or help" for this. 3) We had some problems with the invoice, as our bank informed us previousely that the fee for the first day staying was already withdrawn from our bank account, and when we showed the sms about it to the hotel, we received the answer that we need to ask our funking "russian" bank (he said the word "funking") - Raiffeisen bank.

It was a total disaster.. It is a very unsuitable place to be considered as a hotel. It was not clean, it dose not look like the pictures, it is too small, the stairs are more like clamping on it.. They are even broken and very dangerous to use. Someone has to do something about publishing this hotel in BOOKING.com

1. Location is good. Metro station is near of the Hotel enterance. And more than 3 bus line in front of the hotel. You can easily find cafe and restaurants, pharmacy, shops etc by walking 2. Room is clean and housekeeper visits everyday 3. Wi-Fi is always online 1. Stairs are disaster but if you're young and your luggage is not so heavy, it's affordable. 2. Windows are not double. So you hear noise of the street. But night is not so noisy.

Location was perfect. . The hotel is so-so, specially if you have to go up 4 flight of stairs, with luggage, to get to your room. The picture on the website is the suite, don't even think it may be your room unless you specifically request it. Hotel staff is helpful

The location was excellent right outside a metro stop, in the middle of the shops and the Maris district. Rooms are tinr, very hard to bend over in the shower to pick up shampoo etc and no ledge to put them on. No lift and the stairs very very narrow so get bags up and down the stairs

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. We were 4 friends travelling together ,booked 2 rooms ,4 monthes in advance!as soon as we arrived in the hotel the manager said our rooms are sold out and let us stay on the top floor!!!(after we have paid the full price for the better rooms on the second floor). This hotel has no lift and very narrow steps. It is a nightmare! No one suggested help carring our luggage+ the manager said the hotel and the city are very busy and he has no time to look for a better hotel for us! I own a hotel in Tel aviv and never ever treat my guests like that.He only took 10Euros down of the price, which stil was expensivel

Only the location The hotel staff was awful. The hotel is in very bad condition, too high rate for the service. The internet was not working, but we were charged for the service. Is definitely not recommended for anyone who needs a hotel accommodation in Paris.

Disappointing experience. Very noisy from subway. The stairs in the hotel are steep....better suited to a goat than people. The only recommendation I can give, is look for another hotel.

The room itself was a good size and was outfutted comfortably. The location (though difficult to find the hotel because the sign simple said “hotel“ above a hidden, non-descript door) was good for access to shopping, metro, and Seine. The staircase - spiral - was very steep without a railing at points. It was also uneven and dangerous; this must be addressed. Also, the bathroom was not only outdated, but it was filthy dirty, covered in black mold and emmitted a foul odour. We cancelled our three-night stay and stayed only one night (with a 30 euro discount because we complained about the mould...there was so much mold that it really is a health and safety issue). We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We found a much nicer hotel a few blocks away with a safe spiral staircase and clean facilities for ten fewer euros a might.

When we were booking a hotel for our short stay in Paris we focused on the location and the price. Pointe Rivoli, for us was perfect as for a very reasonable price; teamed with a superb location we got our ideal accommodation. When we arrived we were greeted with lovely staff that were more than happy to assist. We stayed in a lovely bright and clean room on the 3rd floor which had beautiful French windows/doors which opened out onto a stunning view of the Rue de Rivoli. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in and the shower was hot and powerful. The shower cubical itself is quite small but did the job. The bathroom was clean and we had a set of fresh towels every day. We will defiantly come back to this hotel again as the location was amazing (Saint Paul's metro was a stone’s throw from the hotel) and the Marais district was breath takingly beautiful. The hotel was situated with a bar and cafe either side and there was a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants a few doors down. We found the supermarket very handy for bottled water, chocolate, cheese, bread and wine that we enjoyed in bed after a long day of sightseeing :) .We had a perfect stay here at the Pointe Rivoli. The Pointe Rivoli is a very old building and has only one very narrow spiral stair case that led up to each floor. We recommend that if you do stay here, you pack lightly (perhaps just hand luggage). We took a huge suitcase and did struggle a bit to climb the stairs. You do need to have a good set of legs and lungs to manoeuvre these stairs as it is tiring but, on the other hand, a very good way of burning off all the beautiful cakes and cheese that you have eaten that day! If you are sensitive to noise but are lucky enough to have a room facing the Rue de Rivoli then you may find the street slightly noisy, however, we found that we enjoyed the “hustle and bustle" of the early evening crowds and found it rather comforting.

In front of the underground station. Easy to go when you are not interested by your room. There is a quite standard plug for your laptop computer and the Wifi is easy to use in the room with good bandwidth (about 1Mb/sec, enough to update or work with Google apps). Don't miss the door: it's a simple door with two bars, one on the left, one on the right. There is no lift and the stairs are not easy (really, not a joke, and I lived at the 5th floor without lift, then believe me, avoid big suitcases). The is no real reception desk where you can relax or drink something (but there are bars and restaurant outside, just around the corner).

The room was beautifully decorated and the people were really nice, aside from being at walking distance of almost every Paris landmark! If you dont mind climbing steep narrow staricases, this place is the one. It does not have an elevator.

it was near the metro station and to many shopping centre . first there was no elevator so if you have a lot of luggages it will be very difficult to go upstairs as the stairs are very tiny , and also if your room is a the 4th floor it will be a lot of exercises.

The location of this little hotel is superb; Rue St. Antoine is an extension of Rue Rivoli and the beginnng of the 4th Arrondissement and the Marais. It is stone's throw from Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville and the Place de Vosges. There is a plaza, a taxi stand and multiple restaurants located directly in front of the hotel. The only disadvantage to the hotel is the corckscrew stairwell. My room was on the fourth floor, which for an American is really the 5th floor. It was quite an effort to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. The room itself was clean, nice shower and television and a way comfortable bed. The staff spoke French and Spanish and were friendly and helpful. The stairwell was literally corckscrew and steep. Not a good place for anyone with ambulatory challenges or vertigo.

Great room for the price, recently renovated. Most rooms face an inteiror court, so no street noise. No elevator, so avid if you have big luggage. Ask for the lower floors.

Location. Colourful and clean room. Good bed. Awful staircase: narrow, very steep, in bad condition. No escape stair case, no lift. Only one person at a time can use the stairs. I was on the 6th floor and had a sleepless night wondering how I would escape in case of a fire. Is this situation actually legal? Is this really a legitimate hotel? With just a door and the word Hotel painted above it, I wonder if they are trying to hide something...

Only benefit was location. Air Conditioning unit blowing right above you provided an extremely uncomforable experience. Wi-Fi did not work well at all.
