Very comfortable bed, and a great location. 3 small issues. (1) No Separate shower - or even shower bracket, along with no shower screen or curtain - therefore hand held showering thus the floor gets soaked... (2) No power (shaving) socket in Bathroom. (3) No mirror apart from the Bathroom mirror. For a lady wanting to do makeup this is far from an idea arrangement. Particularly when you both are showering and preparing to go out... Small points - easy to put right - but did make us wonder why... |

The loft was very spacious, tastefully furnished and had a bathroom big as a ballroom. Wifi was available for free. The view from the various windows over Le Touquet is unbeatable. We went off season and got the room almost at half price. The french breakfast is nice. The hotel is in the town centre and does not have a parking. This was no problem at all during our off season stay as there was plenty of free parking space available in the direct neighbourhood, but this might be more of a problem during high season. |

Very good location, ease of parking, very helpful staff and wonderful breakfast. Room was shabby, clothes rail collapsed, hook on back of bathroom door likewise, carpet was stained and the wood facing was coming off the bathroom unit, exposing the cheap chipboard it was made of. |

The location was great for the shops, beach and restaurants and bars. The superior delux room was very small with no separate shower which meant having a bath or using a small shower attachment. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the mini bar was stocked with very limited refreshments. This hotel is trying to come across as a 'boutique hotel' and fails misserably. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very dark - the decor was in dark brown and the room was very dismal. Although clean for the price we paid we thought we would have a nicer room. Compared to what we paid elsewhere in France for a much superior room we thought it rather expensive. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful with issues such as car parking during market days, maps of the town, chatting and sociable. Bathroom was modern and smart. Being in the centre of town was much better than staying at the more expensive ones outside the main town area and away from the beach e.g. the Westminster, because we enjoyed the buzz of the place and the fun street life at night that you could easily walk around, where everyone (locals and tourists) congregated and have a drink or a good meal. The restaurants are numerous and good and within easy walking distance. Also only two blocks to the excellent beach. Our room was on the fourth floor and looked out on the market, and we enjoyed hanging out the window and watching life. The bed was very comfortable but a 4 poster bed in a moderate size room made the room feel smaller. It would be more sensible to get rid of the 4 posts which would open up the room. The lighting in the bathroom was silly because there was no front lighting above the mirror to do make up or shave, so you did this with yourself in dark profile with the lights behind you (not helpful). |

The hotel staff were very helpful and very welcoming. The pillow and duvet was very comfortable...especially the pillow..I would have thought top quality...The decor of the room was minimal and very pleasant...Liked the small balcony...Excellent location in the centre of town. |

The Pol is a small but well run boutique hotel, I think we expected something slightly more luxurious but the rooms are simple but have a designer feel to them and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It seemed better value for money than some of the bigger hotels near by. The location was also great, near shops, bars, and the weekend market. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the Pol. |

Excellent shower in the bathroom and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Incredibly bad lighting in a very small, dark room. Form over function!! |

The hotel staff were fantastic. Incredibly friendly and helpful, all the staff made us feel very welcome. We travelled with a 6 week old baby and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in 5 different hotels on our stay and Pol Hotel was by far the most welcoming and family-friendly. |
