Pol Hotel  

This was a neat little hotel. Clean and well located at the edge of the center of town right next to the market. All staff were very friendly and the breakfast was enjoyable.

No wall hook for the shower above the bath

The room was large with comfortable beds and the bathroom spacious with plenty of hot water and a lovely deep bath, which the kids loved! The staff were friend and very helpful, a lovely small quiet hotel positioned in an ideal location. With great views from the loft room, we would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was expensive and we found traditional French Cafes met our needs a lot cheaper. Some stains on sheets and a dirty toilet brush which could easily be replaced let our room down along with no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and a temperamental TV.

The situation was secomd to none. and very suitable for a good stasy.

I understand that you do not want complaints wirtten in this box but I am going to write the following for convenience. PLEASE TAKE ON BOARD MY COMMENTS. We travel alot as do the couple we were with!!!! The two rooms we booked were below ground with hardly any natural light - this should be mentioned when booking because the rooms were twice the price of staying in a hotel in the centre of Rouen with delightful bedrooms. The rooms were so badly lit that when something fell out of a suitcase it was necessary to crawl on the floor to find it because the carpets were dark grey. The bedroom had no mirror and the mirror in the bathroom was so badly lit that it was impossible to put make up on. The hairdryer was of a very low voltage and, anyway the mirror steamed up too much to use. The bedroom was very hot and the windows (opening onto the stairs down to the room) only opened a little. The breakfast was in a very small, hot underground room. To sum up, very uncomfortable, very expensive and the worst rooms I have slept in through out Europe over the last 5 years. The friends we went with also felt the same. A courtyard view is the funniest remark you could have made - it was entirely BELOW GROUND.

The friendlyness and helpfulness of the Hotel staff wasexcellent. Location was a real bonus being in the middle of the town and was reasonably quiet.

La chambre dite "chambre double luxe" était vétuste - réparations à faire dans le salle de bain, la porte d'entrée de la chambre par example. Ménage superficiel.

Goede ligging dicht bij zee en winkelgebied alsmede horeca. Genoeg betaalde parkeerfaciliteiten in de omgeving Kamer ziet er goed uit, wel dient er onderhoud verricht te worden. Very goos situated near sea and shopping area Enough paid parking spaces in the surroundiing Room looks very well, but needs some repairments

Je kan eigenlijk alleen maar in bad, want doucheslang is te kort om onder de douche te staan. You can only use the bath because the showerhose is too short to stand up and shower.

Sa situation centrale et néanmoins proche de la mer.

lit excellent, deco zen et reposante, accueil pratique et efficace. le petit dejeuner buffet est formidable.

il manque quelque bricoles pour que l'hotel soit vraiment au top mais je suis peut être un peu exigeante... boite de mouchoir et glace en pied m'ont manqué
