The fridge with things to buy in the lobby was well stocked. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bed was comfortable. The room allocated to us was overlooking the breakfast room so we had to keep our blinds drawn most of the time. We were next to the staircase on floor 1 (room 102) so we often heard noises of footsteps and the door slamming on the ground floor. Would not choose this room and you should not be offering it. |

The beds were excellent, nice duvets and pillows. Nice to have a fridge. Great location for sightseeing. Bar area been refurbished since I last stayed there and looks much more modern. No milk or coffee was ever placed in the room - only teabags? Had to ask reception for coffee and bought our own milk. Considering the cost of the room this was playing real cheap. You get tea, coffee and milk in any decent budget hotel nowadays. |

Good service, rooms are spacious, staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. There are 2 English channels in the tv in this hotel, and it's very near the main attractions, as well as cafes with good food. L'idylle du Palais and L'Echappee Belle (cafes) are just a minute's walk (or less) down the Rue de la Balance, which the hotel opens into. It's also a reasonable distance from the tgv station by cab, and within walking distance to the Avignon Centre train station. We booked two rooms, and one of them had an odd smell - rather like pepper. The other one didn'T. It wasn't really pungent or anything and it's not unbearable - in fact after 5 min in the room u don't even smell it anymore. It's just a little odd is all. |

Grand confort de la chambre supérieure permettant une bonne récupération après une journée de visite dans la ville. Et si vous n'avez pas le courage de sortir en soirée le bar sert des plats de pâtes sympathiques. L'hôtel offre l'avantage d'être adjacent à un parking public contrairement aux autres hôtels intramuros. |

Freundlichkeit der Angestellten ist gut, die Lage top Sehr störend: Das Brummen der Aufzugsmotoren war im Zimmer deutlich hörbar, obwohl das Zimmer einiges entfernt von den Aufzügen war. Ohrstöpsel haben nicht wirklich geholfen. Das Badezimmer zeigt "Investitionsstau": defekte Fliesen und vergammelte Gummi/Fugendichtungen. |

La professionalità unita ad una ottima accoglienza da parte del personale. La cordialità con la quale siamo stati assistiti. Un certo cattivo odore, presumibilmente di emanazione di fogna, che aveva invaso la hall dell'hotel. Fenomeno che abbiamo avvertito la sera dell'arrivo. |

La dificultad de transportar el equipaje desde el parquing al hotel. Años atrás habia una persona que se encargaba de recoger el equipaje a la entrada del hotel, antes de guardar el coche en el parking, este servicio ha desaparecido |

Localização foi excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e dos meiso de transporte (trem e ônibus) Poderia estar mais limpo e chamada para táxi não deveria ser cobrado (no meu caso foram 6 euros), por se tratar de facilidade, visto que não há serviço de transfer do hotel para aeroporto ou estação de trem |

het is een zeer rustig gelegen hotel, toch in het centrum. bereikbaarheid van de parkeergarage met je bagage is niet te doen! het ware veel beter dat de parkeergarage te bereiken was met een lift vanuit het hotel. |
