Great hotel with friendly helpful staff not what you hear about Parisians. Loved the place and will return in the near future.
We left the hotel at 5 am for an early flight out De Gaulle and the hotel arranged a cab that was the worst cab ride I have had in my 30+ years traveling around the world. The driver seemed to be sleepy, not paying attention to his driving. The hotel should strike this cab from their list 10808 is the number. The price was rip off also.
no iron in bedroom
Location, cleanliness, all needs thought of.
Size of room, bath sprayed into the room, one concierge snotty.
The hotel had all that we needed, the room was big, clean and comfortable, and we had a view of both Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tower. The staff were helpful and engaging. The location was very central - easy walking to many sites and attractions.
Nothing! You have to walk a little bit to get to many cafes/restaurants, but that also helps to keep the location nice and quiet.
Excellent location by the siene. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms.
No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.
The Hotel management was courteous and friendly. The hotel is in easy walking distance to many attractions. The room was spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all of our friends.
There is nothing that we did not like.
Very good hotel!
Location was nice.
Lack of a restaurant. Lack of ability to get a bite to eat in the bar area and bar was extremely high in price. $9 for a soda is over the top.
This is a first class hotel. Our room on the 7 the floor had a little balcony with lovely views over Paris. The staff were friendly and competent.
I was really upset by the "free" internet. It was so slow and intermittent that it was useless. A good connection was an extra 15 Euros per day. This is like charging for the bathroom soap! Quite disgraceful for a hotel of this calibre. And I heard other guests make the same complaint.
Superb location and friendly staff.
Didn't provide the Champagne we'd pre-ordered.
Great location, room very comfortable, beautiful bathroom with a great shower, staff very friendly and helpful.
Excellent location with a helpful and gracious staff.
No objections, a wonderful stay. Will definitely return.
Low speed internet
rooms are too small. i booked deluxe room for more euro 340/ night. i could easily get bigger rooms in other hotels
Everything was perfect.
Beautiful hotel in a great location
Location Friendliness and helpfulness of staff Room decoration Efficiency
Bar and breakfast prices ...
I travelled to Paris for the 6 nations match- Ireland vs France. The location was excellent- very easy to find- close to the metro. Nice comfortable room- although on the small side. Walkable to many attractions and a rent-a-bike station around the corner which was a great way to see the sights. Great city- although the fantastic Irish win may have me reflecting with rose tinted glasses.
Concierge was abrupt and rude. I have basic French but was cut off immediately and answered in very curt English.
Service Comfort Location Style
The staff were amazing! So helpful and polite!!
Comfortable rooms, although a little small.
Paying a premium for location. Breakfast was extremely expensive - €25 for basically a continental breakfast, even if bread was exceptional.
I thought the staff were very polite and helpful, comfortable bed and the location was fantastic lots of bistros and cafes and near to museums and places of interest.
Rooms small for a supposedly 5 star No tea or coffee facility in rooms Very noisy at the back of the hotel which prevented me sleeping and had to move rooms, felt I should have been compensated for the 1 nights lack of sleep. Breakfast a rip off at 25 euros pp
