the location is awesome and i felt welcomed by the staff

Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel has microwave and you can buy some easy-cook food. Location is good and easy to find out. Good distance to the interest sites and bus station(near the post-office)

Building instruction was working outside the hotel, a little bit noisy at the arrival time.

One staff is very enthusiasm while another is just OK.Room is quite good with a dedicated washroom in it.

No big problem for this place.

The staff were amazing - great recomendations for dinner, even made reservations on the phone on our behalf. The rooms were great, lockers available. Great happy hour prices for wine and beer in a spacious common room.

One of the showers was broken - only one available for 12 people, but i guess that was bad luck.

The lift is a bit small, can hold only two people with luggage.

I liked the decoration.

The smell from the bathroom in the room was unbearable! The first thing we found in the room were 2 air fresheners, but even though we used them thoroughly it didn't make a difference. They give you sheets (the beds are not done), but not towels! Anyway we didn't want to spend much time in that bathroom, it was really really disgusting, hope they can fix that! I wouldn't recommend it as it is now!

All around good value for a clean, modern and well located hotel.

Curtains for each bed giving you privacy. Very new and clean. Large lockers for each bed big enough to fit in two backpacks.

The room could be warmer I guess... but it was fine

The room and the hostel itself were nicely designed. They had an elevator, which was really helpful with the luggage. The staff was amazing and really wanted to help us, and we found ourselves amending the plan of our trip after a nice talk with them at night over a glass of beer. They have a really nice breakfast, and a nice bar with a pool table. we're pretty sure that this place is more lively during the season, cause we were there off-season and it was really calm. Also, the location is great, and the old-town is two minutes walk away. The bed was super comfertable! They made great use of space, and the young and funky design was inviting. The room we booked was the double room (private), but we are sure that for singles the dorms are pretty awsome as well.

If you remember it is just a hostel after all, you will see that it is the best value for money you will find in Avignon. We really enjoyed it :)

Very clean! And the location is excellent!

Everything is perfect! Very good location, but it is quiet for sleep during the night. To my surprise, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. For me, this is much better than those so called "backpacker's inn".

the guys at the reception were very friendly and helpful. room has reasonable space, very clean and comfortable bed. not nosy at night.

I travelled a lot and this is the best hostel i stayed in by far !!! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in a 19th building, right in the city center. I stayed in a 8 bedroom full equipped (the bed has a reading light, plugs, curtain,basket...) and very well designed.They provide also a wine bar(excellent red wines and tapas) and a free exchange library with a snooker ! I highly recommend. Thank you for everything! i ll definitely come back here next time.

nothing everything was perfect !

It was close to the central train station and the castle. It was new and comfortable with a good common area. All the staff were really nice and friendly.

Could do with a full kitchen, at the moment there is only a microwave and sink
