New hotel, close to bus route into Perpignan, good parking. Staff efficient and polite.
Friendly helpful staff, great sleep
Not particularly nice locality
The property was very clean and well presented and the staff were most helpful. We had a "fire alert" at 7 one morning which was a result of a mature person smoking in a very clearly signed 'Non-smoking" hotel and room.
Very difficult to find.
The car park especially for a disabled visitor. The bright and modern room near the reception
Not much of a breakfast, and it's a pity there isn't someone on reception 24/7. And it is very in a location that is very difficult to find. Small grumbles for what was a pleasant place to stay
Close to being high quality hotel at good price. Good position on the way to/from nearby Spain. Near Auchan supermarket
Has an unfinished feel. It's still work-in-progress. (Aug 2014) Be careful of sharp unfinished tile edges in bathroom and loo. If you get up to go to the loo at night all the bathroom and toilet lights blaze on. Wi fi poor. Parking is unbelievably tight. White parking lines need to be more visible. I had to inch backwards and forwards many times to extricate my car in the morning. My advice: park somewhere with ease of egress or you may end up blocked in.
Very modern and clean Plenty of free parking Breakfast was good
Wifi not the best.
good air-condition in room, sizable parking lot, close to shopping centre
room for 4 people very small (access to 2 beds through bathroom), blank windows due to other building very close to hotel (room no.9 on ground floor), out of the city, only 1 restaurant in surroundings
Room, food, atmosphere
Staff go off duty at 21:00 so if you arrive later as I did, you are left with a shared security guard - who is excellent by the way. But he doesn't know much about the hotel. So you have to find out things for yourself.
communication in English .was difficult..
The hotel was a building sight-literally. The toilet had no door,as did the bathroom so it was an open-plan room. There were bare wires poking out from the walls, the shower room was in darkness. When we arrived we thought it was closed and there were workmen in the c,orridor outside our room. On completion it will be fine but we believe the hotel should not have been open in this situation,
Very difficult to say as major building work was being carried out when I stayed.
Hotel was being refurbished - should have been told. Think had a reduction but bit of a shock when we arrived.
Dust from refurbishment. Noise from some clients.
Cheap and convenient for an over night stay. Certainly not the Ritz but at the price it was good.
The rooms were very smokey from previous occupants
price + friendly staff
The bedroom window opened onto a partly build new extension which was pretty unpleasant, and the rooms, although clean were in need of a spruce up to say the least.
It is a building site the entrance has broken tiles and plywood ramps which are not safe. Exposed wiring above entrance to room and a filthy carpet. Inside the room - exposed wiring damp smell dirty carpets no smoke alarms - this surely is illegal receptionist overwhelmed with other guests so we chose not to add to her problems if window was opened it was into scaffolding and building site WE WOULD LIKE A REFUND
In need of work
receptionist rude and unhelpfull. and there was no mention of the building work which made it awkward to get car in and out..
The staff and the Buffalo Grill is good and close.
Very very difficult to find.We spent two hours driving round Perpipnan trying to locate this Hotel. Their directions were appalling.
Clean, good facilities, good value for money
A bit hard to find and further away from the city centre
price and location
no shower curtain, scruffy décor in rooms, grotty carpets and curtains;
The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The choice of breakfast items was good and I enjoyed my breakfasts during my stay.
The location is not good, it is a bus ride from the town centre and then a short walk from the bus stop. Whilst there are four different bus routes that serve the area near the hotel the last buses are at around 20:00 and there are few options for grabbing a meal in the evening. The only restaurant in the immediate vicinity is the Buffallo Grill.
A strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room. Bedding & towels had seen better days!
This is a Ibis Budget clone. So all depends on the price you pay if you get value for money. Frindly staff, good parking and working WiFi.
The person who attended us in the hotel was very rude. We asked for the wi-fi password and the woman in the recepction said that please don't disturb her because she was busy (what is more important than attending your clients?). Later, we figure out that the tv audio didn't work, and we went to the same woman to ask please if she could fix it, the answer was that if we want to hear the tv, we had to fix by ourselves, because she wasn't a profesional in tv's and she had another things to do more important. I don't recomend this hotel to anybody, and of course I wouldn't come back there even for free.
