Patricia and Bruno who run the hotel are wonderful. Friendly , imformative, very hospitable. Loved the croissants at breakfast. Great location. Ate at two expecially wonderful restaurants in Arles.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very good location, quiet, just 10 minutes from the old town centre, just opposite the Rhone river. Parking possible on nearby streets or public parking 3 minues away at no charge. Good price per night, breakfast very standard. Computer with Internet available in the reception area. Hotel is a bit dated, although it has not had any negative impact on our stay (4 nights).

The location is excellent. Across the bridge from the old town, and right by the Rhone. Quiet, peaceful surroundings and quite safe.Nice to to walk along the esplanade on both sides of the river. Breakfast was quite generous (by French standards), and the solarium is a plus. The hotel is not well sign-posted. It was a bit difficult to find.

Very good value, room clean and comfortable. It is a short walk across a bridge into town, but worth the time. Breakfast is not included, but they offer a very nice breakfast for a fee. In a quiet area and it is a very charming and cozy hotel. Booked here because read comments about how warmt and welcoming the hotel staff was, we did not find that they were but they were helpful when we asked for information. The crowning glory of this hotel is the great rooftop patio where we enjoyed a few hours at the end of our touring and visiting days...lovely. We would have like to have been made to feel more welcome although the staff did answer our questions.

The proprietors were among the most helpful and congenial that we have ever experienced. Bruno, spoke excellent English, and his wife was also able to effectively communicate in English. They were very helpful in answering questions regarding getting around Arles, visiting the Camargue, and recommending restaurants. We were very comfortable with them and impressed with their natural skill in making us feel welcome.

Owners very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Breakfast good value. Roof terrace was great for evening drinks and relaxing. There was a problem a couple of nights with noise from the road and the neighbours. Next time will try to get room at back.

The Reception staff were extremly helpful -even trying to help me find a long lost penfriend from 45 years ago ! They were efficient and curteous and communicated in English where possible. No hair drier

Attentive front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot, had good pressure. The location was an easy walk overthe bridgeto the old town. Not enough outlets, only one in the room, none in the bathroom.

We found the owners to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not ultra modern but are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were very good. Location is excellent being just out of the centre -so quieter - but only ten minutes walk away. Parking was easy.

Nice roof top patio where it was fun to sit out at night and drink wine, the hotel was on the other side of the Rhone from old town Arles but only a 10 minute walk and the price was right. Typical small hotel room and bathroom in france.

The location to the old city was perfect. A good breakfast is provided and the room was very clean. Our room had a bath/shower that is not always available and great if you crave a 'bath' after a few days of travelling. The proprietors was fantastic and very helpful. I can highly recommend a stay there if you are in Arles for a night. Thank you!
