The owners are an incredible couple who make you feel warm and welcomed. They were quite helpful in providing information about local restaurants and the one they suggested was excellent. The breakfast, served in a delightful room, was very good. We had an incident that says much about this hotel. My credit card was left there by accident. The owners emailed me about the card even before I noticed it was gone. They kept the card in their safe for 3 weeks and made themselves available on a Sunday afternoon so that I could pick the card up on our way back through Arles. Super people!!! The location. We drove around for quite awhile before we found it. As it turned out, it was around the corner out of sight. |

Exceptional Staff with a great location for city and area visits. The Friday evening running of the bulls was a real treat! The roof terrace was also a great surprise and served as a focus for international guests. |

Very good value for a 2-star hotel, helpful and friendly people, very short walk to the centre. Wireless access was not consistent, was not there late at night. |

The owners were great, very helpful and nice. The location was also very good, very close to the old town center and the room was clean, the only thing we noticed was that the the hot & cold water temperature in the shower wasn't always consistent in the morning, sometimes it would get very hot or very cold for a brief moment and then return to normal but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay there. |

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and cosy. Walking distance to the old town and downtown was alright - not too far or near, if you are ready to walk some distances. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. |

I like he hotel very much, the owner of the hotel is very friendly, he recomend us a good restantant isn Arles, give us very good suggestions. The room is good and good for three of us, very clear and quiet. Hotel loction is good, near to important places we want to visit, to downtown is just 10-15 minites. parking place is small but safe in night.breakfast is goodand worthy for the money. |

Without directions to get to the hotel , we were pleased to see signs in the streets pointing us there. Our welcome was pleasing and a car-space was made available at once. The hotel was very near a bridge crossing the Rhone to get to Arles, the seeing of which was the purpose of our visit. I would recommend this hotel. |

It was a basic hotel. The double room we stayed was good size and super clean. Bed was good. You can park your car for free on the street. It was not hard to find a spot nearby (in busy Ascension long weekend), but streets were very narrow. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast had reasonably good selections; for 6. |

Nice place for the mature, experienced traveler. Challenge to locate but a close walk to the historic city center. No designated parking, however, free on-street parking was readily available. |

オーナーご夫婦がとても親切で、お勧めレストランや他の町への車での行き方などを丁寧に教えてくれました。- 車で行く人には、中心地の一方通行に悩まされずに済むし、ホテルの周辺に無料パーキングスペースもたくさん- あるのでお勧めです。主要観光スポットも徒歩圏内です。 到着時に少し匂いが気になりましたが、少し窓を開けておいたら大丈夫でした。 |

wir kennen arles von familienferien in früheren jahren. die lage des hotels war günstig, da wir auf der durchreise nach italien waren.die nähe zu einem einladenden restaurant an der rhone, die ruhige lage in einer nebenstrasse und vor allem der "französischer charme" von personal und haus haben uns überzeugt. |
