Comfy beds, nice amenities, great window views, incredible host!

Staff excellant, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless, like having a separate bathroom and toilet. Bed comfortable and lovely linen. Would stay again. Had breakfast out as it was a little expensive at the hotel

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Central location means walking distance to most places. Breakfast was good, more than just "continental". Fairgound across the street so no free parking when we were there. We used the hotel's lock-up for a fee but didn't need the car during our stay anyway.

The hotel name is not displayed prominently; we missed it first time round.

We stayed here, family of 4 in a quad room on our way back from skiing. Fantastic room, really clean, comfy beds and the receptionist very very helpful. Easy to find, perfect for an overnight stay.

Breakfast is expensive although you had a lot of choice.

The size of the room.(for France big. The stasff spoke excellent English and was very friendly. The hotel is located next to a big street but there is a very good noise insulation. I did not hear any noise from the street. The heating and air condition can be easily regulated for each hotel room on its own. The room was very clean.

Car parking. Garages too small for our car.

The key from the secured car park didn't work. So we had to park outside on the parking, and we still had to pay for it.

Staff was very helpful and the room was great for its price.

Very helpful reception. Enjoyable breakfast. Excellent location in the centre and ability to have a secure individual garage, so we were able to take a single overnight bag and leave all the cases in the car. I cannot really find any fault with this well priced, well run and friendly hotel.

To drive to the hotel on Saturday evening (ca. 18:00) was horrendous: The city traffic was blocked, 5 min waiting, 5 m progress. Cars block trams and buses; a catastrophy. It took one hour to drive 500 M. This is obviously not the hotel's fault !

No parking and much to small garage for to much money...

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice morning buffet.

The hotel was well situated for restaurants,shops and the main sights. It was clean and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The staff were uniformly warm, welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable about their area. They assisted us with reservations, directions and restaurant recommendations. The hotel, while located at a busy intersection, is superbly soundproofed and the temperature of the hotel was always comfortable, never too hot nor too cold. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, plenty of delicious food to keep you going through a busy day. It was conveniently located, too. It's an easy walk from the central station and just as easy a one into the center of town.

I would have loved just a tiny bit more space but am compelled to admit that this was a great value for the money.

Rooms are quite small and old.

The situation. The cleanliness, The comfort of the rooms. It is amazingly quiet considering its situation on a major road junction. Most importantly, the friendliness of the reception staff and their willingness to help. They went out of their way to book restaurants for us.

Room smelt of toilet drains when first entering room,toilet a bit of A.mission was in ,a small cupboard in room ! All aspects of the pace were compact but not a major issue

The room is airy, comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the amenities from coffee, tea, mini bar to sewing kit. The bathroom is a dream! The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks flurent English. The hotel is few minutes on foot from the rail station and is in walking distance to practically everywhere, including the famous cathedral and champagne tour and tasting.

None, though I suggested in their guest-comment book that they might want to consider a couple of English-language TV channels and a firmer mattress.

Secure parking was the determining factor of this hotel choice however it was a complete hassle to return the key to reception around one way streets. Unless this system is changed we will not return.

Breakfast service and facilities were totally disorganized. All available tables used and uncleared. Shortage of crockery and cutlery. Tea and coffee supplies had run out. Egg cooker had boiled dry! Breakfast not to be recommended!
