The hotels offered good value, comfortable rooms and a good location for exploring Reims. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hotel owners smoked heavily and so all over the hotel, including the rooms, there was a stale smell of smoke. They also sell champagne at a very inflated price, so my advice to other visitors is to drink it in other bars where the price is more reasonable, or buy at a supermarket to drink in your room. |

Good Location for getting on and off the Autobahn. Walking distance to sights was good too. Construction was being done right in front of the hotel. |

The room was large and there was a toilet separate from the bathroom, which is good for the family. There was big work under construction for the new tramway just in front of the hotel. It will be great after all the work, since the tram station will be just near by the hotel. |

Night staff was friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English which was very helpful. Free WiFi worked well. (get code at front desk) The bed was uncomfortably soft. The water in the shower would rapidly change temperature and become scalding hot even without touching the dial. In Sept 09, there is a lot of construction in the area that makes it difficult to get to, and to get around. |

Family room was nice sized. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free wi-fi internet. breakfast buffet was good. There isn't anything around the hotel in terms of restaurants. Had to walk a long ways to the central area of all the restaurants. No air conditioning in room. |

Close to the centre of town, near the railway station. Several reviews suggest an 'industrial' neighbourhood, but this is far from the truth. From our room, we had a perfect view of the famous "Porte (de) Mars" (3rd century), on the other side of the Place de la République. A smell of old ashtrays (the bar is almost in the same room) during breakfast. |

L'accueil est mauvais. La chambre est exiguë. (chambre n'°22). La télévision inaccessible (située en haut du placard) impossible de pouvoir la regarder. Le prix est excessif par rapport aux prestations. Je voyage beaucoup et j'ai rarement vu une chambre aussi mal agencée. Au maximum c'est une chambre pour une seule personne. |

La gentilezza estrema dello staff ha smentito ogni luogo comune sulla presunta considerazione che i francesi avrebbero riguardo gli italiani. L'albergo è sito in posizione ottimale sia per la visita della città, sia per un eventuale tour dei dintorni. La colazione a buffet è generosa e varia. |

Pouze poloha Rozkopané prostranství před hotelem, nemožnost parkování,neprofesionální recepční,půdní prostory 4 lůžkového pokoje bez výtahu,naprosto úděsná vrzající a proležená postel,ošuntělost 3 hvězdičkového hotelu na pokoji, velmi chudá snídaně bez doplňování personálem, Možná 2 hvezdičky ale rozhodně ne 3 !!! za tyto peníze. |
