The personnel were very open, supportive and responsive to me. My room was cleaned every day. Good breakfasts. The speed of Internet was very low. I could not check my e-mail while staying in the hotel. That's why I missed the message from my agency about delay of my flight. Therefore, I spent 12 hours in the airport instead enjoying Paris for some more time. |

They have a lovely breakfast in the morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. No a/c and wifi is at a fee through Orange. |

Location In my opinion this hotel did not warrant 3 stars, the room was tiny, the bathroom even smaller than expected, the portable TV ontop of a wardrobe next to the bed so watching is was awkward. |

The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was very small. There was no internet connection in the room - not good for business people. The bathroom had a very bad smell. On two occasions the bath towels were not replaced. The room backed onto a noisy pizza restaurant. The front desk staff was not attentive to our request to change rooms at first. In the end we complained to the manager who moved us to another noisy room. |

All of the staff were helpful and cheery. Although it's quite a small, basic hotel the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There is also the excellent Trattoria Victoria next door - they provide room service but I would recommend you eat at the restaurant. |
