The hotel was in a very good location for the Porte De Versailles exhibtion centre, it just just across the road. There are plenty of good restaurants around the area too. The breakfast was simple but fine. The staff were also really polite. The shower was good, hot water and powerful. In our room one of the lights was out, which meant the room was really dark, as the other lights were really quite dim. We asked on the first day for it to be fixed, and we were told they'd look at it, however this was never done. My other collegues found stains on their bedding and the pillows to be dirty. It would be good if the tv had at least 1 English channel and tea facilities, which I assumed it had because of the pictures. It wasn't as clean as it maybe should have been, but it was fine. They replaced the towels daily and made the bed.

Nul ! J'avais réservé une chambre double, lors de mon arrivée tardive, le réceptionniste, ivres, m'annonce en me prenant de haut que ma chambre a ete attribuée et qu'il ne reste que deux chambre simple située à 3 étages d’écarts.Pour une nuit romantique....la cerise sur le gâteau...pas d'eau chaude ! Nul, personnel très impoli.ne mérite pas une étoile!

La cortesia degli operatori Carenza nella pulizia della stanza. La prima notte abbiamo dormito senza federe del cuscino (erano avvolti direttamente nelle lenzuola).

Buono per la posizione per le fiere a Porte de Versaille (50m). Consigliabile solo per questo Per il resto accettabile e niente più Colazione piuttosto carente se confrontata con quello che si puô trovare in Germania

La sympathie des réceptionnistes Ni papier toilette, ni serviettes de bain dans les chambres (1 serviettes pour 2 personnes qui n'a pas été renouvelée durant notre séjour de 4 jours). Pas de wifi dans les chambres. Chambre trop petite (la porte de la salle de bain cogne contre le lit). Salle de bain limite au niveau propreté (joins de la baignoire noirs, radiateur absolument crasseux, on se demande si c'est de la rouille ou de l'urine !)

Le prix qui n'était pas effectivement pas élevé pour un hôtel dit de 3 étoiles. Je recherchais également un hôtel très proche du parc des expositions Porte de Versailles, ce qui fut le cas. Le personnel : en arrivant, le réceptionniste était en train certainement de faire quelque chose sur son ordinateur, il m'a donc dit d'attendre avant de faire mon check-in. J'ai dû attendre 5 minutes (alors qu'il était tard et que j'étais très chargée) avant qu'il daigne me servir ! En arrivant dans la chambre, grosse surprise : l'hôtel est censé être un 3 étoiles, or rien ne faisait allusion à cela : - Pas de serviette dans la salle de bains, j'ai dû appeler la réception pour en avoir - En ouvrant la porte, vous butez quasiment sur le lit (témoignage de la petitesse de la chambre) - TRES mal isolée (dès qu'une voiture ou une mobylette passe dans la rue, on a l'impression qu'elle va rentrer dans notre chambre) + on entend nos voisins de chambre parler
