My friend and I were visiting paris for a friend's birthday and the hotel was well suited to our needs. The staff were friendly, room and en-suite bathroom was clean and the hotel was quiet. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately the room was quite warm so we had to leave the fan on whilst we were out and about during the day and at night, even though it was November. Also when we were leaving the card machine was not working which meant we had to leave the hotel to get cash prior to checkout as we had planned to pay using out credit cards. We also were unable to get the Wifi signal in the hotel room.
Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Many restaurants nearby. Traffic is convenient.
A little far from scenic spots.
Nice location in the suburb Close to 2 metrolines Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are close
The elevator was small
1st class value for money, efficient & friendly staff. Hotel very clean & well designed
nothing to dislike
This hotel is perfect for attending concerts or events at the Palais Des Sport and Parc Des Exposition. Very clean, very friendly staff and excellent facilities- also easy to get to. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and also a supermarche and boulangerie.
We only stayed one night!
The hotel is far from main attractions of Paris and its lift is very tiny. The receptionist Sabine Dang in day shifts was absolutely awful. She was very cold and arrogant that no smile had ever been on her face. She denied the previous agreed late check out and suddenly charged us for that when we were checking out. More than that, she was judgmental and her manner was very rude. There were some nice staff in this hotel such as Ayoub but Sabine was nothing but horrible. Won't recommend this hotel unless one wants to pay to experience rude service and unreasonable charge.
small room, lousy elevator
Location, food joints in the area, staff, Wifi, clean affordable price.
Breakfast could be made better. But you can also have the in the neighboring area.
The rooms are quite large for parisian hotels Staff was really helpful
The room gave onto the steet so it is pretty noisy Subway is 10 minutes away by foot
The location is nice: one can walk to 2 different metro lines.
The WiFi has a limit on the number of devides. And it takes some 30 minutes for it to understand that my other device is disconnected.
- Good breakfast - Good staff - Not far from Champs Elysee and Eiffel Tower.
- Narrow rooms
Good connection to metro, close to Eiffel Tower. Safe in the room. Good wifi and stylish rooms.
Not everyone could speak English. Breakfast does not reall contain 'everything you want' as claimed by the staff, but still okay for the price (13€ p.P.). No hotel parking, had to park in the close located car park (24€ per 24 hours)
this hotel is well located with very easy access to the metro and the tram. It is very tranquil with warm-hearted staff. i will be back
very clean. staff very helpful and friendly. good bathrooms.
very small elevator. wifi was inconsistent.
Helpful staff Metro station, Restaurants, bars all in walking distance. 30ish min walk to Eiffel tower.
room on the small side (but how big do you need a room to be) stairs are rather steep
The room was small, but thanks to the air conditioning, it was very comfortable. Also our room was quiet, thanks to its location at the back of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and were eager to help us find local dining as well as how best to navigate the Metro (parts of it were closed due to construction, and they gave us tips on avoiding those areas).Daily cleaning service too, unlike some other places we have stayed during this trip.
No elevator, which makes negotiating large bags up a narrow staircase more of a chore. Hallway lighting was on a timer, which made this more difficult.
The price is low
Sometimes the water heater didn't work. I took a cold-water bath for two nights.
Wifi is ok and the staff is helpful
Room is little small and no lift!!!!!!!
Minibar, cleanliness, very dark at night
WiFi was horrible
location, close to a tram stop
the room was on the small side, enough for a single traveller tho
clean, nice looking concerning interior and hotel design, free wifi, big bed, competent personell, quite during nights => our room was facing the inner courtyard, which was a great place for to relax after a long day, public transport nearby (e.g. metro, tram and express train) and to many sites you can even walk, like the eifel-tower with some in-between shopping was reachable with a 2h walk, nice looking neighborhood and shopping opportunities, price for breakfast was 9 € and acceptable for paris standards (good quality!), breakfast delivery to the room available, minibar-fridge in room, air conditioning if you are exploring the city and need a nice place to stay for the evening & night, then this hotel is a perfect choice. We were very satisfied!!
small room, wifi disconnects after some time in stand-by (smartphone), only french TV, public transport from and to airoport CDG about 1h20min (construction works and alternate routing necessary)
no free water offered.
Well the cleanies of the hotel and the friendly staff. The room was clean and the mini fridge was useful to put the meat and cheese and to keep drink cold. It was a awesome time staying there.
Maybe the internet should be better. The room are small.
People slam the doors! Which can wake the dead! There should be a sign or sticker on each door asking people not to slam their doors.
The room wasn't too big big but it was nice, AC was working well, it had a safe, a mini bar (with fridge). The location is great, 2-3 min walk distance from Balard station. Staff is great, they provided all the required info.
