Location, food joints in the area, staff, Wifi, clean affordable price.
Breakfast could be made better. But you can also have the in the neighboring area.
The location is nice: one can walk to 2 different metro lines.
The WiFi has a limit on the number of devides. And it takes some 30 minutes for it to understand that my other device is disconnected.
- Good breakfast - Good staff - Not far from Champs Elysee and Eiffel Tower.
- Narrow rooms
very clean. staff very helpful and friendly. good bathrooms.
very small elevator. wifi was inconsistent.
Helpful staff Metro station, Restaurants, bars all in walking distance. 30ish min walk to Eiffel tower.
room on the small side (but how big do you need a room to be) stairs are rather steep
The room was small, but thanks to the air conditioning, it was very comfortable. Also our room was quiet, thanks to its location at the back of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and were eager to help us find local dining as well as how best to navigate the Metro (parts of it were closed due to construction, and they gave us tips on avoiding those areas).Daily cleaning service too, unlike some other places we have stayed during this trip.
No elevator, which makes negotiating large bags up a narrow staircase more of a chore. Hallway lighting was on a timer, which made this more difficult.
The price is low
Sometimes the water heater didn't work. I took a cold-water bath for two nights.
Wifi is ok and the staff is helpful
Room is little small and no lift!!!!!!!
Minibar, cleanliness, very dark at night
WiFi was horrible
location, close to a tram stop
the room was on the small side, enough for a single traveller tho
clean, nice looking concerning interior and hotel design, free wifi, big bed, competent personell, quite during nights => our room was facing the inner courtyard, which was a great place for to relax after a long day, public transport nearby (e.g. metro, tram and express train) and to many sites you can even walk, like the eifel-tower with some in-between shopping was reachable with a 2h walk, nice looking neighborhood and shopping opportunities, price for breakfast was 9 € and acceptable for paris standards (good quality!), breakfast delivery to the room available, minibar-fridge in room, air conditioning if you are exploring the city and need a nice place to stay for the evening & night, then this hotel is a perfect choice. We were very satisfied!!
small room, wifi disconnects after some time in stand-by (smartphone), only french TV, public transport from and to airoport CDG about 1h20min (construction works and alternate routing necessary)
no free water offered.
Well the cleanies of the hotel and the friendly staff. The room was clean and the mini fridge was useful to put the meat and cheese and to keep drink cold. It was a awesome time staying there.
Maybe the internet should be better. The room are small.
People slam the doors! Which can wake the dead! There should be a sign or sticker on each door asking people not to slam their doors.
The room wasn't too big big but it was nice, AC was working well, it had a safe, a mini bar (with fridge). The location is great, 2-3 min walk distance from Balard station. Staff is great, they provided all the required info.
Location is exellent, nice staff.
A little bit narrow, but value for money
The staff was amazing. So very nice and helpful! We would absolutely stay in "Port de Versailles" if we, some other time, arrived to Paris. The room was good. We did´nt try the breakfast though. But still: everything else was perfect.
- One evening there was a eletricity failure and there were no emergency lights. We stayed completely in the dark.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and kept clean.
It was pretty far out from main attractions, but in a nice neighborhood and metro is very close by.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good and the nearest metro station was within walking distance (approx. 5min). The room was clean and served it's purpose, although a little bit on the small side. Fresh orange-juice was provided for breakfast, which was nice. As a compensation for the broken boiler, the staff gave us a bottle of champagne as a present.
The breakfast selection was not good, only fair. The boiler unfortunately broke down during our stay, so no hot water were available.
People in reception were very helpful and guided us well. Its a simple room with required facilities - Bed, Cupboard, TV (French channels only with one English CNN), Washroom, Fridge. Good for just sleep and roam its ideal for money, no noise. For Indians/Veg, there is a punjabi palace - Indian restaurant nearby (700 mtrs), was very good and decently priced. Metro was close by as well and Eiffel tower was only 5 stations.
No fresh food to order, only packed food which has to be warmed and taken. Lift was very small that fits only one person and one suitcase.
- Room clean, well decorated albeit small - The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly
- breakfast costs extra: 13 euros/personne - elevator can fit 2 large bags and not for people. Classic Paris
Staff was very helpful. Location is very close to Balard metro station. Supermarket nearby too.
No lifts could be a problem for people with a lot of luggage.
Overpowering smell of drains in room. I Asked for an alternative room but was told the hotel was full and they couldn't do anything. I Insisted on a change and was eventually given a room that was OK. However, I had to push really hard to get sorted. Not impressed at all
Extremely small "2 persons" room and "bathroom". Claustrophobic! No bath tub available, although advertised on Booking.com website and asked for during booking. Parking of car to be done in a very expensive public parking. Conclusion: way too expensive for what you get! Avoid this one and look further for another hotel.
