Premiere Classe Annemasse Gaillard  

Location was good for what we wanted to access.

The rooms (3) we booked booked were average.They were meant to be non-smoking but one room was definitely sinking of smoke which the management knew about but didn't sort out. Room not that clean.

Clean, warm and comfortable. Good value for money particularly if travelling with 3 children. We had rooms with a connecting door which was very practical. Good stopping place for a holiday in the Alps. Only an hour or so from here to Flaine. No evening restuarant, but plenty of places to eat a short drive away.

The bathroom facilities were somewhat basic and will eventually need to be renovated. However, the price charged for the rooms reflected this.

Basic, but clean, functional room. Great location (just off the autoroute) for one night stop-over en route to ski resort. .

Poor and overcrowded breakfast facility.

It's a simple room for a fair price. earplugs are advised. Breakfast: I missed peanutbutter and chocolate sprinkles. Cleaness: was oke. Facilities: You can get drinks, coffee, thee and soep during nighttime from the machine.

You can hear the neighbours and smoke came to my room on the 3rd floor at night.

The location near Geneve but much cheaper.

I didn't like the noise that you can hear from the other guests of the hotel and there is no one to complain during the evening and the night because there are no staff present in these hours.

It was cheap and close to the motorway.

Room was very cramp for 3 people, and it was along way from Geneva with poor public transport and expensive taxi.

My partner and I were hitch hiking and it turned out to be walking distance to a great hitch hiking spot which helped go to Lausanne one day and Geneva Airport the next. Besides the location, the manager is lovely and the wifi had great signal, although I was on the first floor. Breakfast is cheap and good value. On nice mornings you can sit outside and eat it which I thought was a nice touch.

The bathroom is insanely small! But everything worked well. Can't think of anything else to say, it was a budget hotel so don't expect any frills, but it was clean and the staff were friendly - which makes everything seem better.

The service was exceptional.

I expected the room to have a kettle and a fridge as this is standard in Australia

Their website says it is 6 miles from Geneva but a taxi there cost 80 Euros. There was no cafe or restaurant anywhere near. They told me there was a hotel nearby but I could not find it. It was getting late so I gave up and did without supper. It really should not advertise itself as a possible overflow hotel for people wanting to stay in Geneva.

It is very unfortunate to find the Premiere Classe Annemasse Gaillard anything but a premier class. The hotel has delivered not only a sub- standard service but also in terms of its facilities. The hotel staff proved to be unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel rooms were dirty and unkept. The hotel location was far from being convenient and very difficult to access even through any means of public transport such as taxi, trams or even buses. Thus overall, we find the hotel extrememly unsatisfactory in all areas.

Bagno stretto ma a questo prezzo è già molto non averlo in condivisione.
