The hotel price was extremely cheap and clean, although it's pretty short on amenities as a result. Apart from a themed bar, there's not really anything nearby without getting on a bus to the centre of Annemasse. To get to the hotel from Geneva (where we landed), you need to take a train to central Geneva, then find a tram stop that goes to Moillesulaz (tram 12 does, as does 16 iirc). Subsequently, take bus #2 from Moillesulaz, and get off at Biches - this is the closest stop to the hotel. Ticketwise, pressing the Annemasse button on the ticket vending machines in the Geneva station will get you a Unireso zones 10 + 82 ticket for around CHF4.80, which will cover the entire journey (valid for 120 minutes).

As a group of 3 friends, we booked a 'family' room, advertised as having a double bed and 2 singles. Unfortunately, one of the singles is not full-sized, a fact that wasn't apparent when booking. The rooms are also pretty minimally-sized, and the ensuite bathroom units feel cramped. However, given the price this is to be expected.

The price is very very cheap, the staff are friendly and the equipment are good. For searching a cheap hotel in the near of Geneva it is perfect.

The room is a little bit too small, but for this price should man have no complaints

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were really helpful. Hotel room was clean.

No fuss approach. You get in, pay the bill, enjoy the rest of your stay without complications. The room was clean, the hotel new, and comfortable enough, actually above average for the room rates.

At arrival there were two rolls of toilete paper in the bathroom. One was spent, and when the other was close to being spent, the new roll was not supplied. The second roll, it turned out in the end, was enough, but still, it is not nice to have to speculate on whether this will be so or not until the end of your stay. Also, the soap container broke, there was no soap in it during the last two days of the stay, had to use the soap I brought with myself. That was no big problem, but still it would have been nice had the personnel been attentive enough and refilled the soap container. However, on the whole, these are really minor complaints, they do not affect much the overall high satisfaction with the stay.

Price for a triple room near Geneve. Helpful staff - booking.com manage not to send the reservation to the hotel, however, the receptionist found us a room and charged us the price that was in place when the reservation was made (it got up a little in the mean time).

The room (with bunk bed) is quite small and it is clearly not enough space for 3 people. However, it is ok if you only go there to sleep.

Location was quiet, although not very close to Geneva and it was a good value.

Air conditioner did not work. Very hot.
