-welcoming staff -satisfying breakfast
-the room feels like a small clean public toilet with a window
Location, close to city centre & shopping facilities
motorway very close very small rooms
The location of the hotel is good and rooms are very clean. It's a cost efficient solution.
Resembles a prison, there were no goo features. appalling location, steel shutters and doors. Dangerous area. Do not go with family
friendly and helpful staff
the bathroom is even smaller than I expected and the sheet was not changed.
Self check in is rather convenient for people who arrive not within the service hours. The price for breakfast buffet(€4.9@) is reasonable. The environment is rather quiet as the location is quite far from the central. There are few restaurants / fast food near the hotel. You can walk for five mins. to the nearest bus stops, but you have to read carefully at the time table of different buses.
Too far from central, it is more suitable to have a car. No lift, heavy luggage is not preferred. The toilet size is small. I have sent two emails to the hotel for assistance before our arrival but Not any reply.
This hotel, if one can call it that, has just one advantage - it's location. It is just off the main road on the principal Languedoc to Cote d'Azur route and an easy 5 minute drive away from the old centre of Arles. Access is easy - but make sure you StreetView it first as it is hidden in a commercial estate just on the edge of Arles. The 'hotel' consists of small box-like but quite well designed spaces (which they call 'rooms') which are accessed by exterior stairs and balconies. The room we had was clean and functional, albeit tiny.
It might claim to be good value for money compared to other more traditional accommodation, but for what they provide and for what they charge, the company which runs this hotel probably makes a handsome profit. €40 per night would be a more reasonable charge for what is offered (and they would still make a profit).
Very cheap style hotel for a lot of money, no organisation or communication. No Towels in the rooms and unable to access one of the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Rather complete: TV, airco, private bathroom, comfortable bed, little table and chair. Good location near restaurants en supermarkets. Not far from the center of Arles.
Very small shower. Small room.
Dirty, loud, small, the worst place I've ever been
The bed is comfortable and the shower is good~It ' quiet also~
it's very far from the train station.
Good breakfast Safe parking Good air-conditioning
Close to the motorway Raunchy vicinity
No electricity the whole night
Clean and sufficient for our needs - three people needing a stopover on our way elsewhere. Easy to find, but a bit cramped for three.
To be fair, we arrived in the middle of the worst thunderstorm imaginable and we were drenched by the time we got upstairs to our room with our bags. Consequently, we didn't go downstairs to get the third towel we should have had for our booking for three.
there was a big supermarket nearby
the location sucks - even the GPS had issues with finding the hotel
Friendly receptionist, good breakfast
This is a one of those motels for just one night. Low price but comfort is poor. There is a flat TV and wi-fi available. Very friendly staff.
Very comfortable beds!
The bathroom too small, no hair drier, not very clean towels.
rooms were very very small. Internet speed was very bad. Bathroom door was broken Rooms were not clean
you can stay only for a night not for relaxing i think because the rooms are very small.
wifi is bad
not far away from the center. close to supermarket
we had problem with automatic registration. name in the booking.com reservation didn't match.
Could change my room without any problems
I used the Quick-check in and didn't get my key for the room. I had to wait 2 hours before the receptionist arrived to give me my key. If I would have know that this machine can't give me my key I would have canceld my booking. Breakfast was poor, not even fresh baguette.
>free wifi >evrything newly and brightly painted except for a strange spot in the ceiling. >3 beds as promised
>The staff was very unfriendly, we payed for breakfast but didnt get any > the location was so bad that we couldnt eat dinner or actually visit Arles by afternoon/evening as the buses stopped going at 7 > the rooms were stinky and very small. After the room had been cleaned the stench was twice as bad as on arrival, possibly they were spraying something to cover the stench of something else. > the bathroom was very much like a airplane toilet. The toilet was basically in the way for the shower, or if the sink was in the way of the toilet, im not really sure. >breakfast was not very nice (we got it one morning), orange juice was the only edible thing. dont get breakfast here, its a very expensive orange juice! >beds were reasonable size except for the top bed for which you had to breaststroke to get into (the space being limited between bed and roof). >metal blinds didnt work >they didnt speak english although they said they did >AC didnt work >their reception is only open in the morning and night so in desperation we left after one night without trying to get a refund >unless you are coming by car and stay less than 1 night, dont stay here.
The worth for money and basic necessities are all available
The cleanliness of the toilet can be improved. And also could not connect to Wi-Fi
