Sorry nothing I don't think you should recommend it to anyone. I have sent an email but basically it was very seedy. Men lorry drivers were drinking and smoking in groups on the landings as the entrance to the rooms were via an outside staircase. The rooms were clean but the bedding and towels were of a very poor standard old rough and washed out. We felt we could not relax in the rooms too cramped and dark so we decided to go out we felt very uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the room. I don't think I would have had it not been for the fact I had my two dogs with me. OK for truckers not suitable for female travellers on their own or families.

after a very long journey we arrived to find a room with a broken toilet and main door into the room with missing screws so the door could be opened from outside. The hotel staff tried to carry out repairs but to no avail, we requested another room but were informed that the hotel was full. We consider 70 Euros an excessive amount to pay for accommodation that had a broken Toilet and could no be secuerly closed for the night.

Very easy to find just off motorway. Staff very polite and friendly. Room clean but very basic. Ok if you just want somewhere to lay your head and break up a journey. The bathroom was very small and I don't recommend the breakfast.

I like the hotel because it is almost exactly halfway between my home in the uk and my Villa on the Algarve. It is cheap, clean, and has an ensuite shower/toilet (very important). It is close to the motorway junction and has a secure/locked carpark. I do not need an evening meal as by the time I have driven 1200Km to get there I only require a snack which I provide. The breakfast has deteriorated from my previous visits and this would be my only slight criticism,(I now carry extra food to compensate). Apart from this I find the hotel almost perfectly suits my needs and am very happy to keep using it. As previously mentioned the breakfast has deteriorated from my previous visits. I would be prepared to pay more for a more substatial meal. Maybe a two tier breakfast or a 'pay for what you have' system? This has to be on the premises, I only spend 10 hours in the hotel and would not have time to go over to the restaurant. This is only a slight criticism and certainly does not put me off using the hotel.

The hotel was perfect for our needs as an overnight stop on the way from southern Spain to Northern England. Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean room and bedding. Great value for money. 2 minutes from the motorway exit. Free wifi worked well in the room. Good value breakfast. We will be booking this hotel again for our return trip. The room was a little too warm but it will not stop us from staying again.

The breakfast was the only thing we liked about it. For three persons it was smaller than a inside cabin on a cruise. No facilities to make coffee or cold drinks. Third bed across head of double bed, very very cramped. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant in the Campanille next door (15% discount if staying at Premiere Classe) Knew what we were getting as we have stayed in one of these before.only stayed because everything else was full. Normally with these types of accomodation you get budget hotel at budget prices. However, this cost us 85 Euros which was definitely not value for money.

Our first stay in this brand of hotel we were surprised to find it was made from up- market shipping containers, or so it appeared at first glance. The bathroom was smaller than those on the cross channel ferries and the room size only slightly larger. The beds were not that good, just about ok. The location on a mini industrial area was very poor, outside of Bayonne. When we asked reception the price of a taxi into Bayonne town we were told about 15 Euro which seemed excessive even by French standards, as it was in walking distance if the weather had been better. We were then given a 15% voucher for supper across the main road at a sister hotel of the group. The meal was very nice and not too expensive. Shame we did not get to see the town of Bayonne !

the hotel is in a good location and very quiet the hotel itself could do with a revamp we stayed in room 22 the room was not at its best and the bed was not at all comfortable as every time one of us moved the bed made a very loud squeaking noise and woke us up we did not have alot of sleep or rest as we had travelled from alicante and just needed a good nights sleep wich we did not get. i would stay there again but just not in that room.

What I liked best about this place was leaving. It was noisy, the room's curtains had holes in them, the bedspread had cigarette burns, there was no real attempt at a garden to make it a better environment or help shield traffic noise. It was a bed for the night and better than sleeping in the park. As above + the automatic check in procedure is problematic after a fire drill ( it didn't work properly). It needs a manned desk - or let people know that this is what the hotel has. I don't remember reading that this is the type of check in and that there is no-one there during the afternoon hours...Also, 10 minutes to the city centre was driving time ( and I was walking after a trip). It is a much longer walk.

Although this was not a quiet location, when travelling by car, it had excellent access to the motorway and main routes around this region. This meant a variety of location, sea, mountain, town, and Spain were only a few minutes away.In addition this hotel is value for money. There did not appear to be a lift which would make access difficult for the less able and was a bit awkward when carrying heavy luggage on arrival and departure.

It is good enough for an overnight stay, but we would not use it for a long stay The room was far too cramped for elderly people, and the overhead bunk made it feel claustrophobic.

Handy for stopover on way down to Spain, just off main road. Car park secured by coded gate at night.Lady on reception was pleasant and spoke a little English. The wifi was free. Didn't expect too much, room very much like cabin on a ferry. It was very 'tired', the bed cover was torn, only plug socket was loose in wall and the shower was definitely not inviting. ok for one night stopover
