The location, particulary in relation to the ferry port. Also close to few restaurants and hypermarket. Our room was situated on the end and found it very quiet Disappointed with the size of the room and rather basic, little space to get dressed and no mirror in the room meant doing hair, makeup etc had to be carried out in tiny bathroom. Very little hanging space and no drawers to put clothes etc so wasnt able to unpack. Perhaps ok for a one night stat but not for three nights

The bed was reasonably confortable. Very basic. The name Premiere indicates will be more upmarket which it clearly isn'T. Non smoking rooms smelt badly of smoke so there are no smoke detectors in the rooms.

I enjoyed a very good night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and the quiet location despite being at such convenient proximity to the motorway. The free parking was a bonus. Breakfast was good, relaxed and plentiful, the room was spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I shall definitely use this hotel again.

Easy to locate, Helpful staff, good value for money, close to the autoroute. Considering the room rate the hotel considerably exceeded my expectations and I will recommend it.

very useful for proximity to shopping , restaurants and ferry terminals Very disappointed to find no cereals, no fresh milk and no margarine and as someone with high chloresterol this causes me big problems. For my wife and I, we would no longer have a breakfast at the hotel and will be looking for other hotels which serve a cereal. Many of our friends enjoy eating cereals for breakfast and I feel this might save money in the short term but will lose the hotel custom from english clients.

Bed was pretty comfy. Location good for a stopover on the way somewhere else and it's right next to the Buffalo Grille! Very quiet. We asked to be put in a room away fom everyone as our child was ill and they accomodated our request. It's a no smoking hotel but when we arrived the receptionist was smokng in the breakfast / recpetion area. Had to take our young child away from it. Bathroom was like a caravan bathroom small and cramped. My partner refused to use it. The T.V was Flat screen but didn't have any reception. I suposed at 29 euro a night you shouldn't expect too much really. There was a dead spider in the bed.....very nice midnight snack really.....yum yum.

Very convenient situation close to a16 and easy to find. Although the room was very basic and small it was warm and clean with nice linen. Good value. We stayed on our outward journey and had no neighbours so it was very quiet so we decided to stay again on our return journey and then discovered how thin the walls were. It is ok if you wear earplugs but my mother didn't and had quite a sleepless night. Also the breakfast is very basic so we didn't have it on our return visit. I would however stay there again for convenience.

The location just off the motorway is good. The Bed and bedding very comfortable. The noise from the next door shower was enough to wake me up. The shower head dropped off so couldn't shower. Hadn't time to wait for repair. No croissants for breakfast but 3 types of brioche.

Convenient location just next to the motorway in a retail park. Two close chain type restaurants as well as a Mcdonalds if you want breakfast that is better than a bit of bread and jam. It was cheap and clean, you get what you pay for. Aircon was not working so room was hot.

Well the room was a bit akward , we bumbed our heads and knees on the beds as the room was a bit small and the unique window gave the room a bit of a cell feel. However we slept well much to our surprise. To be honest I reckon that 20 euros for the room would have been enough considering the location. I would however chose the hotel again so that the cash I save can be used on food and drink. a painting in the room would have been a wise decision... tar bumping the head on the beds

It was convenient for the channel crossing The Hotel access was far too steep causing the back of the car to scrape on the road. The receptionist was rude by ignoring me while looking at his computer screen and did not even acknowledge me for upto 2 mins. Everything was an effort, from checking in to having to go down from the top floor for an extra towel (2 in room for 3 people)As I regularly stay in the groups hotels, I thought the service at reception was very poor. 'Hello' card number 143 024315 4. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.
