This hotel must be seen as what it is, a budget hotel where you get what you pay for.
When we arrived at the hotel, early afternoon, there was no one there and everything was automatically processed at the gate, thru a keyboard, where we got a code for the main door, parking gate and room, no human intervention.
In fact we only saw a few staff personnel, one for the night and a couple in the morning, including breakfast.
Anyway, it works, and as long as you're OK with it...
One thing we didn't like: the hotel looked brand new (which is good) and perfectly clean (also good, of course), but there was a strange smell on the corridor, almost like a car freshener, which was quite annoying.
Easy access as long as you have a GPS, this hotel stays in the surroundings of Caen.
Also easy to park your car or motorbike in its parking place behind a closed gate.
For a one-night stand, just passing on our way, it suited our needs.
So, it's a kind of a "fast food" type of hotel, but it works!
