Very central for everything
The smell of stale cigarette smoke was very off putting
Value for money, very basic
Cigarette holes in sheets, very small shower
Staff totally unaccomodating, rooms are tiny with six inches between beds in twin rooms, rooms are dirty, hotel very noisy, no ventilation in rooms, a bit like sangatte.
Nothing for the children to do. They only have 1 pool table and had to pay for it. The room was very small and we had to get our own mattress on the bed above. My son had to sleep in with as there was only 2 beds in the room. His friend was unhappy has the bed above was too hot for the size of the room. It was a waste of money and the 2 boys were bored. Breakfast ok but the children did not like it, It is not ideal for families.
easy access reception parking
pillows very flat internet not working
The car park
Was a bud smell in the room no internet. Very small room.they said I need to pay straight away when I arrived there.very poor breakfast. Defo I will not come back.
Was a really good place for local shops
The staff weren't very helpful and wi if does not work at all
+ Proximity to town-centre + Comfortable single-beds + Entirely adequate shower/basin/loo + Plenty of carparking space + Pool-table in lounge + Help-yourself buffet breakfast
- Dingy dark corridors - Wi-fi doesn't reach rooms well
Close to port
Homeless people wandering close by. So grim. Terrible value for money
The reception staff both on arrival in the evening and at breakfast in the morning were pleasant and helpful.
The room was very basic for the price compared to others of the same price. We were 3 guests in one room (2 adults, 1 child) there were only 2 towels provided. We were too tired on arrival at night to request another and we were even more tired in the morning because we had no sleep due to the unbearable heat in the room, the noise from doors being banged, the noise from the neighboring rooms, the noise from people outside smoking and talking, the noise of the trafic, it was impossible to get any sleep whatsoever despite having ear plugs which normally block all normal level of noise.
Location and price good. Staff helpful and friendly.
We have stayed here a number of times but have noticed it getting very shabby. Needs a lot of TLC to bring it up to a good standard. Shower curtain was 6 inches too short so floor flooded when we used it. Noisy guests no effort to stop them outside laughing and drinking till early hours. Not good when we had to be up at 5 am.
Close to town.
Room very cramped and felt grubby.
Clean,reasonably priced,central location,good transport links.
LOCATION - can't be beat if you're a weary traveller Friendly staff
WIFI is spotty
Close proximity to ferry.
The room was tiny and the beds very hard.
Location was good Close to nightlife and restaurants good value
Shower facilities need to be improved but not a massive issue
Felt very unsafe Room tiny No towels No lift Not enough light in corridors
dirty, very uncomfortable beds,
The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful too.
The shower was a little weak, and the room was a little warm for my liking, but I still slept well!
Breakfast OK. Staff OK
Everything else. Poor building, poor car park. Tiny "room".Poor bathroom. A cupboard, not a bedroom
Location good for overnight stop only
Shower broken.... No hair dryer....location for restaurants poor...staff indifferent... Basic accomodation only. Not good value for money
Was very basic but was clean & comfortable
Bed was comfortable. Free parking.
If you stay here, make sure you ask for a room facing the car park, otherwise you might end up facing a very busy and noisy main road. With the window closed, it kept out the noise but on a hot summer night with the window open, it would be difficult to sleep. Dated decor. No lift. Have stayed in other Premier Classe hotels before that are much better than this one.
Our room had all we needed for a one night stay. The hotel is quiet and we had a good night sleep. Breakfast is ok too and cheap.
