A clean straightforward hotel with few pretentions. Ideal for someone who does not need the facilities of restaraunt or bar and just needs a convenient base from which to operate.

Easy to reach it, fair value for money, best late check-in i've ever see...just few minutes and u get the room's key. Free and safe parking in front of the rooms... Recomandable for one or two nights.

It was very close to the motorway and main junction of various roads. It was close to a decathlon! It was on an industrial site. It was miles from Carcassonne, there were no convieniant resturants in walking distance

The relationship quality price is very good. Nobody explained that if you book with booking.com you need to arrive during working hours or else you would not be able to get your key. The booking code provided by booking.com does not correspond with the one the hotel has.

Automatic check-in 24h. They didn't give us a code to a late entry and the parking gate was closed. The cleaning service opened our room's door while we were sleeping.

The best: the staff in reception. They were very kindly. The bed was also very good. I did not like at all the cleanning service. They knocked in our door at 9.00 only to see if we were inside or not (we were very tired and this was annoying for us). I went to the car with the luggage at 10.30. At 10.35 I came back to the room to see if we forgot something but I could not, because the staff from the cleanning service were cleannind yet (I did not give back yet the card of the room). Another thing I did not like was the light in the room: there was a very small window.

Amabilité du personnel.une seule personne pour faire l' acceuil des client,le téléphone, réponse aux questions diverses et variées , le petit déjeuner et pourtant les hotesse garde le sourire et l' humour . Bruit de la voix express et minuscule salle de bain. Que dis-je "placard" de salle de bain.meme si l' on sait à quoi s' en tenir pour ce genre d' hotel le prix reste très elevé en ces périodes estivales par rapport à la prestation..

Le côté pratique d'un hôtel offrant un accueil confortable pour un prix abordable...les quelques contacts avec le personnel de l'hôtel (accueil,petit déjeuner, entretien des chambres) ont été cordiaux, voire chaleureux ce qui n'est pas négligeable
