Poor Wi-Fi connections
Young lad was really helpful. Must have been working a double shift.
Wifi and some of the TV channels didn't work overnight.
you get what you booked, not more not less. fair accomondation for a stop over situation
It's better to pay more, but sleep in another place, even for one night.
For a overnight stay the hotel was a no frills hotel but comfortable
The value for money is quite good. By car the center easily accessible.
Wifi was not working basically. Doors are very noisy. Renovation is needed.
- the hotel need to be refurbished - horrible breakfast with hard bread, no apologize from the recepcionist with zero English knowledge
Clean and comfortable staff very helpful
Cheap, quiet and acceptably clean and had private parking - Just what we wanted for an overnight stay on a touring holiday. The young lady on Reception was very helpful and spoke good English.
There was nowhere close to eat so we had to travel another few kilometres back into town to find a restaurant, although we accept that with Premiere Classe and other cheap hotels this is often the case as they are located in out of town shopping areas.
Shocking!!! Crazy to even think of putting 3 beds in such a small space! Horrible experience. Room booked for three people and only got 1 towel.
the quality of the rooms, facilities, finishing etc...
the room was dirty that was the worst; the walls are thin (so you hear people snoring next door and doors banging); and the hotel itself is very badly signed, so it took us ages to actually find it
This hotel is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. The grounds and shrubbery are littered and poorly maintained. The wooden railing on the balcony is rotten; the concrete stairs dirty and littered with cigarette ends. The floor of the breakfast area was dirty (there were even ants under the table); the windows had not been cleaned in ages. The bedroom toilet flushing mechanism was broken; the joints in the shower not properly cleaned; the walls in the sink area were stained. Blown bulbs in the bedroom had not been replaced.
Actually I didn't stay in this hotel. On the same morning I received a phone call from the hotel explaining me that the hotel is full and I am requested to move to another hotel nearby. If so, the Premier Class Hotel would offer me a free breakfast. Of course I was not informed in advance that I'd pay a price of 11 euros higher that the one I booked the Premier Class hotel. Anyway I didn't have any other choice after this late notice..
Not a lot. Except that the front desk lady was really sexy.
I am pretty sure there was a heroin dealer living on the first floor. The room was so small that when my brother rolled over in his bed, his foot hit mine. It was ridiculously cramped.
Good value for price; clean rooms.
Could not get their wifi to work on any device. The stuff didn't even try to solve a problem.
Location was remote and inconvenient. Building in need of repair/stairs dangerous. Breakfast bread ran out and was not replaced, even though it was requested. No information about local restaurants. No location map. Cleaning staff incompetent.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice view. Everything we needed for cel lent price.
Nothing to dislike
Helpful staff and good breakfast Clean room and bedlinen
In need of a refurb The outer lobby door was broken off hinges and leaning against wall to room 235. Room layout did not make best use of space as separating twin beds did not leave room to open toilet door.
Just Off the motor way ideal for a stop over for me
It was dirty
Small room. You can hear everything from the neighbor room. Awful plastic toilet/shower room. Gives you a claustrophobic feeling. Breakfast cheap but not much to choose among. Even if it was extremely cheap, I shall not take this type of hotel another time. Better to pay a bit more for much more comfort.
Good value for money if you have a car
Far from the old town of Colmar
