Score from 1185 reviews Very good
Sleeping (the bed) and the heating was ok.
The staff does not speak English; reception works only few hours a day (we had to wait an hour to open to check in); bathroom extra small.
Clean and next to Colmar
The room was so small and definetly it was a motel.
For just sleep, it's cheap & clean
Wifi suprisingly very good. Other is standard chain hotel of this brand, which is expected and good.
Reception only opens at 5pm. The automated machine cannot find our rooms booked via booking.com and need to wait the reception to open. No lift, staircase only. So dont bring big bags.
it was a fine stay for the money. but only if you are really trying to save.
poor wifi. bathroom is suuuper tiny, and combined with toilet even in that small space.
Nothng. Oh wait, the guy in the reception was pretty good
Advertised wifi - didn't have it. Advertised cable tv - tv have it (unless you count 4 French speaking channels that are free to air anyway). Bathroom was direct out of of a caravan. Seriously!!! Hearing didn't work and they didn't supply additional blankets of any type. With the reception closing at 9pm nothing could be done. Located in te middle of an industrial zone...very very far from the town centre or indeed anything interesting
easy to find from motorway
trollleys full of laundry outside rooms
Poor Wi-Fi connections
Young lad was really helpful. Must have been working a double shift.
Wifi and some of the TV channels didn't work overnight.
the worst hotel i have ever stayed in
you get what you booked, not more not less. fair accomondation for a stop over situation
Despite many bad reviews of this hotel the staff was very helpful, the rooms clean, the wifi connection worked well - for the price we were absolutely satisfied, pleased even.
rooms are kinda small and dark
It's better to pay more, but sleep in another place, even for one night.
For a overnight stay the hotel was a no frills hotel but comfortable
The value for money is quite good. By car the center easily accessible.
Wifi was not working basically. Doors are very noisy. Renovation is needed.
- the hotel need to be refurbished - horrible breakfast with hard bread, no apologize from the recepcionist with zero English knowledge
Clean and comfortable staff very helpful
Cheap, quiet and acceptably clean and had private parking - Just what we wanted for an overnight stay on a touring holiday. The young lady on Reception was very helpful and spoke good English.
There was nowhere close to eat so we had to travel another few kilometres back into town to find a restaurant, although we accept that with Premiere Classe and other cheap hotels this is often the case as they are located in out of town shopping areas.
Shocking!!! Crazy to even think of putting 3 beds in such a small space! Horrible experience. Room booked for three people and only got 1 towel.
the quality of the rooms, facilities, finishing etc...
the room was dirty that was the worst; the walls are thin (so you hear people snoring next door and doors banging); and the hotel itself is very badly signed, so it took us ages to actually find it
This hotel is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. The grounds and shrubbery are littered and poorly maintained. The wooden railing on the balcony is rotten; the concrete stairs dirty and littered with cigarette ends. The floor of the breakfast area was dirty (there were even ants under the table); the windows had not been cleaned in ages. The bedroom toilet flushing mechanism was broken; the joints in the shower not properly cleaned; the walls in the sink area were stained. Blown bulbs in the bedroom had not been replaced.
Actually I didn't stay in this hotel. On the same morning I received a phone call from the hotel explaining me that the hotel is full and I am requested to move to another hotel nearby. If so, the Premier Class Hotel would offer me a free breakfast. Of course I was not informed in advance that I'd pay a price of 11 euros higher that the one I booked the Premier Class hotel. Anyway I didn't have any other choice after this late notice..
Not a lot. Except that the front desk lady was really sexy.
I am pretty sure there was a heroin dealer living on the first floor. The room was so small that when my brother rolled over in his bed, his foot hit mine. It was ridiculously cramped.
