The room was efficient to book and it was exactly what was advertised. The checkin procedure was fine and the room was clean and basic. The room has limited lighting and could do with another reading light for the double bed. Also the shower ran hot and cold so to avoid scalding I had to have a resonable cold shower.

Très bon accueil, personnel aimable. Très mauvais entretien général. Chasse d'eau qui coule, fenêtre impossible à ouvrir, mobilier salle de bain usé et à la limite insalubre. Absence détecteur de fumée dans les chambres.

Personnel d'accueil sympa et disponible. La chambre était dans un état de propreté correcte. Les chambres sont vétustes. La salle de bain est minuscule. L'insonorisation est inexistante, on entend les voisins discutés. Cet hotel mérite une complète rénovation.

Nous avons été très déçus. La chambre empestait le tabac, l'espace toilette est très réduit, pas de gel douche,. Pas d'insonorisation, difficile de dormir avec tous les bruits de l'extérieur et des chambres voisines. Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation. Je déconseillerais fortement ce type d'hôtel.

Accueil courtois. Etant d'âge mur, nous aimons avoir un minimum de contact oral... Or, nous n'avons jamais réussi à joindre l'hôtel par téléphone pour demander notre chemin (assez difficile à trouver dans ce dédale commercial...) ça a été un peu galère... Sinon, tout a été ok.

Notre chambre était infectée par l'odeur de la cigarette éteinte. Peut-être devriez vous soit interdire de fumer dans les chambres ou simplement au nettoyage des locaux, introduire un destructeur des odeurs.
