Nothing. Even for the price it was a bad bargain.
Hotel is a dump, very poor condition of batchrooms, no soap provided but used soap bars were on the side of the bath tub. However the worst part of the hotel was the staff at the front desk. It took 30 minutes for the person at the desk to check me in when I was the only person present and had all my documents. The night shift staff (ahmed?) was extremely rude, and when I was checking out they had 2 extra days charged on my invoice. The didn't have the ability to refund the money on my credit card and prepared some long form where I needed to enter my bank account info. After waiting for 45 minutes struggling with the papers, I decided to leave as I would have missed my flight. I reported this to my credit card and the removed the charge - much simpler than dealing with the incapable staff of the hotel.
the toilette and the bed
Next to Tram1 station, restaurants nearby
Furniture and flooring deteriorated, Cleaning could be improved
Staff was terrible. We arrive at 5am in the morning. We informed that will arrive early morning, but staff decided to try to charge for the first night anyway. My credit card has security and cant be simply charged by having just card number and expiry date (not sure if it is possible in first place), so it showed that the payment is canceled. So they decided that my card is block and canceled the reservation. When we came they wanted us to pay double price for the rooms. After arguing for more than an hour in early morning they agreed to try to charge again by putting the card and me keying in the pin. Of course then it worked. We 3 people and stayed in triple room. Every day after cleaning the room they leave 2 towels. Electronic key stopped working everyday. We wanted to take 3 cups to make some coffee in the room, but staff informed that it is not allowed to bring cups to room, cause we might steal. Basically the rooms were OK, but because of the staff our stay was terrible.
Everything. It's a long time since I had to sleep with a chair pushed under the door handle and a weapon at my bedside. No phone, no toilet paper, room not serviced, If there was another hotel available anywhere in Paris I would have moved, regardless of cost - but the SIAL fair was on so there was no room elsewhere. Do not stay here.
Excellent Wi-Fi. Value for money, free and safe parking, close to supermarkets.
No shampo, no shower gel. Only one towel. It's not a great neighbourhood. Room was smelly and not very clean.
No shampo, shower gel. Only 1 towel in 2 people. Staff said sorry we dont have towel. Breakfast was complitly cheeting.
Value for money, free and safe parking, close to supermarket.
Not very clean, it' s not a great neighbourhood.
I didn't like the supporting services of this hotel
Location for public transport to Paris.
Staff seemed to be under orders to be unhelpful. Very no frills.
Von A bis Z alles schlecht
This is not the Hilton, you get what you pay for and many were not happy with small issues. To be fair I came and expected it to be worse. Actually the hotel is clean, good location, free and secure parking (my car has never been in a safe like the one they have), Still better than more expensive hotels, where we did not have a water cooker. They have one int he kitchen where you can boil water and take to your room. Staff speak English (not normally expected in France) and in case those who wrote negative comments, The French are rude generally to English standards, that is how they are and that is normal for the French. So take it easy with them. Even in a 5 star hotel staff can be what I could call rude. To be honest would recommend for the price, perfect but if you want the Hilton go to the Hilton.
Cleaner on last morning very keen to clean and et us out very early in the morning.
Receptionist was very kind and helpful with the city and metro maps. Hotel was clean and cozy.
Internet connection was very slow, almost impossible to use.
I arrived at the Premiere Classe at 8 am on Tuesday morning the 19th of November 2013. I was told that check in was at 12 noon but as there was a room that was ready I could check in and leave my bags in the room. I paid 79 Euros with my credit card. The lift and corridor was filthy. When I arrived on my floor and exited the lift I saw mould in the corridor and the carpet was filthy. Upon entering my room I was greeted with a filthy odour and dirty carpets. I checked the bathroom and found the toilet dirty. It had had not been cleaned. There were faeces on the seat and the insides of the toilet. Immediately I returned back to the reception and demanded a refund as I could not possibly stay in this filthy hotel. I describe the ste of the room and the hotel to the receptionist. The receptionist informed me that customers complain all the time and I was not the first, however she could not refund my card as head office would send a refund directly into my account. I gave my account details and left, but I am still waiting for a refund or somebody to contact me. I have been put off using Premiere Classe hotels. I will be most grateful if Booking .com can contact Premier Classe and arrange for my card to be refunded.
the Hotel near Le Cargo Club (10 min walking). Staff are frendly, but in november very cold in the room but have condition. Hotel near with the 2-3 shops and have ne good restoran with indian food
Breakfast - it's not breakfast. Cofe machine give not very good cofee, far from metro (we were sick and was very cold)
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They put up with my bad French and spoke English. Wifi worked and the bed/room was clean.
This hotel is not near anything, so be prepared to walk. There is a great eatery Le Poste 3 thats about a 10 minute walk away and if you stay at this hotel you should definitely eat there for lunch. The hotel breakfast is a complete rip off and its only priced at 4 Euros. Breakfast consisted of brewed coffee, worst in Europe, non flavored yogurt, and dinner rolls. I was shocked that they did not have croissants, flavored yogurt, or the standard coffee disc coffee machine. I wasnt going to buy the breakfast but the cafe in lidl was unable to make coffee or change a 20 so I could buy a croissant. I also felt ripped off when arranging the taxi. The hotel staff says they will arrange a cab for you. If you use this service the cab company charges you an 8 Euro scheduling fee which was half my taxi bill since I was going to lfpb.
Good position for car trip . Super parking Quite .
Entrance dirty Breakfast very very poor . 2 days toaster machine broken ... no reaction from staff . Bad smell around .. no parfum ... oder air odorizant
